I stayed with my family including parents. The experience was not quite good..Location of the lodge was nice where I booked the room as it was in the city. The staff at reception was good. Best thing is price point of booking.The facilitates provided in the room were not satisfactory. The bed sheets and pillow were not provided and the already given were in very pathetic condition. They were badly smelling and also torn. The Room was also smelling very badly as there was not exhaust fan in the room and bathroom.

The hotel is on the 2nd floor. No luggage assistance and no lift. Receptionist was coughing continuously and not wearing a mask. I insisted him to wear a mask but he didn't care. No hot water, no tv, no drinking water, no parking, no toiletries, no towels. Beds are very old. Feels like sleeping on the springs. The room and bathroom are not clean. Blankets are provided only on request. Couldn't sleep at night because of mosquitos.

I was not given blanket even after I complained about mosquitoes inside the room and no hot water. I was also charged 400 extra for tax and service charge, when I asked for the receipt, he denied. Leakage of tap water and lot of noise at the night made our night hell

Please tell them to keep hotel clean..Nothing. The hospitality is is very poor. Hot shower is not available. Receptionist chatge extra 300rs for check in. The actitude of the staff was very bad. Blanket and towel were not given even after asking. If you call the reception, the phone will not be answered. Bathroom pipes not working. The bed is full of bugs. A very bad room. I was not given the room allotted by Oyo. Action should be taken against the reception boy

It's an okay budget room for some short visit..Location is good. Budget room. Clean bed.No lift facilities. 45 steps we should climb to reach reception. If aged people come it's quite tough. Bathroom not very clean. It's ok only.

Worst staffand worst OYO problem solving.Booking was prepaid(GST included)but during checkin they demanded extra charges for GST. Upon refusing they didnt allot rooms. We spoke with OYO rep but was of no use. Finally we gave up to pay double GST and demanded reciept for the same and told them to see them in consumer forum. To this, they refused that reciept can not be given and alloted us room with extra charges. Now, the room which they gave out of grudges - no water in basin, open drainage, broken cloth hanger in bath, bathroom door doesnt close. Room walls were sticky, dirty bedsheet, no towels , no blankets(even after asking twice) , no toiletries (upon asking reply was to go out and buy). Water was stopped in between freshen up, upon asking they said fill with nearby room as we are not room boys. Worst nightmare we faced with that receptionist and I am never going to forget his cunning smile while creating all the ruccus for us. After lot of fight, different room was allotedwhic

One of the worst OYO room, that I have came across. No pillows & blankets in the room. Later they brought used ones. Dirty toilet. Unhinge, unclean dirtily maintained. The receptionist is such a dumb doesn't know how to treat the guests! Would rather given 0 stars..
