Three rooms were booked. The double bed provided can hardly accommodate two persons only. Extra bed was supposed to be provided for three rooms. But even on our request, they denied.
The geyser was not working in all the three rooms and on complaining the same, they wasted one hour saying that the hot water will take time. We requested to open other non-vacated rooms for utilization of geyser, as we were getting late. But they denied. Later they provided hot water in bucket. Since we were all 9 adults, on further request, after another half an hour, they allowed to use geyser in the other one room.
No breakfast was offered.
SCAMERS ALERT!! Pathetic hotel... declined entry after booking online and did not even refund ... very very rude staff.. DO NOT EVER BOOK HERE OF YOU WANT A COMFORTABLE STAY!!
Such a perfect place, staff are really co-operate. Maybe it's the building(getting old !??) Some room lack cleanliness.

The hotel is situated in the third floor of Himalaya mall so it's easily accessible. Room is of 100sq ft. Bed and mattress was ok. Provided towel, soap and a bottle of water. Coming to the interior AC was working well. An almirah was in the room which was in a condition that it will fall down anytime. Bathroom is spacious. Tv was there and it was in working condition. Staffs are well behaved.

Poor ventilation as the room has no windows. The bed linens are never changed when the guest checks out. One needs to use steps to use the washroom which is very inconvenient for senior citizens.
Please avoid this hotel, you are risking your health.
Worst Service. Very untrustworthy system to book through Oyo. Once we reach the destination/hotel which was booked through oyo, the hotel guys say one or other reasons that they do not have any tie ups with Oyo and we would end up paying their demands or unable to avail the prior booked rooms. Unprofessional service experience from oyo booked hotel facilities.
