Nice room and washroom is well hygienic. Staff behaviour is very friendly and co-operative. Safe for unmarried couple. But, in room all plug point is not working properly and also TV.

Considering the area the rooms are good. It's is located near a bar. If you're a person who doesn't like much sound at night,this is not for you. The rooms are clean but the bed sheets pillow etc are dirty. If you're willing to pay the amount which is given in the OYO app,they won't let you stay. You have to pay extra amount. I don't get the thing,why Oyo has a tie-up with these hotels. Oyo is doing promotion,by staying at a different state,you get the location only because of the advertisement of the Oyo. But they will always say that the amount set by Oyo is very less.

Very very bad service and staffs have very rude behavior towards customer. Had booked a hotel room here through make my trip but the hotel authorities denied that the booking was confirmed and said that all the rooms were full and demanded me extra 500 rs , also in that booking breakfast was included but they didn't do so... then had to argue for a room which they finally managed to give .. the room wasn't in a good condition. Horrible experience very disappointed.

Don't book through oyo.i booked this thinking it will be close to my exam centre. It was my first time booking. And when I reached the hotel they said no room available. Oyo is unreliable and they are indulged in unethical practices. Never going to recommend anyone to use Oyo.

Pathetic customer care. I paid full amount for the stay of my guests, but they were denied access. According to the policy of the company , as stated to me by a customer care official, i was entitled to the full return of the amount , if contacted within 48 hours oi f checking out from another hotel arranged by oyo. The hotel was too far from the place of business and hence only augmented trauma and cost. I must say I did not expect unprofessional treatment to this extent.

Oyo does not verify email addresses. Some person in another country is booking and I get all their receipts and information. Then I get these weird requests to put reviews when it wasn't even me. OYO needs to authenticate it's user. I get the personal details like this persons phone number and everything so like you guys need to protect people's privacy by verifying email at registration.

I dont even want to give a single star. Never trust those good ratings in oyo app. This place is horrible. This hotel is like hang out place for locals lovers. If you want to stay overnight its worst. No meal at hotel as well as nearby hotel. Thay dont even have hotel reception. The one who acts like receptionist also keeps smoking in front of us. They care nothing. Its just a cheap low class hotel. Never think of staying here. I am sincerely requesting all not to fall in their trap. It has a pathetic service.

Everything is fine. Rooms are good. Room servicing is good. The people working there are very nice & friendly. But apart from these positive sides, two negative sides are there --- 1. There is a bar just beside the hotel mainly rickshawalas, vanwalas come there to buy liquor. Many times specially on holidays they come in bulk & do share abusive languages. I stayed on the hotel since my exam center was nearby. I couldn't bear those rough talks they were passing on sunday morning & had to close the windows. 2. No permanent food service. They are providing the food from a nearby restaurant type. And it's not stable. So dont expect food all the time. Even one day since they couldn't provide us food, they just sent us panir sabji without panir --- but maybe as time will pass they will get a permanent food service. So, to conclude --- those people working there are very very helpful. Just like brothers. But just because of the bad environment surrounding I will ask you to reconsider!
