My Worst hotel ever. Will never suggest such hotel, Negligent Owner. Was a mistake not going through previous bad and pathetic reviews. GOOD RATINGS ARE FALSE. Rude staff, Unclean sheets, No facility of food. Drinking water to be purchased only. The person at the counter seems drunk, calls himself to be the relative of owner. He behaves well only after threatening of a police complaint. Couples please stay away and stay safe. Not according to OYO standards, though oyo certified.

The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation.

booking amount in gobibo was rs847 but when 8 reached hotel they charged rs1000 extra.booking amount in kolkata hotel always different when you reached the hotel. hotel is clean ,room was good. atmosphere no problem. main problem is app is showing one rate but when you reach the hotel rate will be different.

Twice experienced very bitter regarding price against which I have booked through your app but during check-in hotel personnel denied to accept my booking for which I have already paid online. It feels like a cheating. I have already removed your app. Good bye.

When i was cheking out the room the hotel manager asked my phone for cash back option is there and will get cashback and he intentionally try to rate the hotel from my phone.... After some time i called OYO CUSTOMER CARE WETHER cash back is there or not and they told me there is no cash back option is there.... he (manager) Cheated me by offering cashback and took my phone

Poor and pathetic, booked ticket online but hotel refused the reservation at the time of Check-in. On my several requests they kindly provided me a room for thousand rupees, otherwise where would I have wandered for so long at night in the age of sixty five. Saw similar complaints of others. Clear example of poor judicial system of India. There's nothing to do, no help from their any kind of Helpline or website used for reservation.

Check-in date = 28-05-22 check-out date = 29-05-22 Rate = 1499/- for two rooms ( paid in advance) On 26-05-2022 I have booked 2 room through OYO for 1499 /- in this hotel for 3 people one female and other two are the male. After my booking has been done in OYO APP I immediately called the hotel desk to confirm it by them. First they asked me on which rate I have booked the rooms I told them 1499 /- for 2 rooms. After that they are saying we will not be able to confirm it unlit 11 am on 28-05-22 we receives the bookings on check in date. I have booked many rooms from OYO but never herd this type of excuse. As far I know whenever we book rooms through OYO the hotel desk immediately gets the booking details. After that I have called the OYO customer care and they said to me that don't worry sir you will get your room on check in date. When we arrived at the hotel they are saying that the hotel is full, you will not be able to check-in. When I asked him that we have booked the rooms in advance but why you didn't reserve the room for us. They said that your booking is gone in the over booking section God knows what does that mean. I mean how the f**k a booking done in 3 days days advance goes to over booking. Just want to say don't book this hotel you will regrate it.
