The place is good. But the cleanliness and hygiene is the issue that is lagging behind. The faculties are bit irresponsible causing some discomfort. May get better. The rooms furnishing and infras are good.

Restaurant area specially family room is worst, not properly clean, and serving of dishes in plates. Not in bowl or handi, AC was not working properly

Staff behaviour good and food prizes comfortable.and also food tast

Here the facilities from food and drink to accommodation will be available at a good price rate. It is at very good location. Being on the main road, it is easy to reach here. Here the privacy is good for the family.

Staff not nice , but co operative if handed money

Its average for stay we stayed here for enetering sonauli border into nepal 60km approx from here to nepal

People used to take room for hia Girl friend or for hours. Most of them are local. So knows everything.

Rooms are good But when I stay in the hotel, at the night that time staff is always good, When I get up erly morning 6 am.. And goes to bath (it's summer time) no hot water in the room, When I call to morning staff.... Staff is sleep in the other gest room ..and he angry on me i say him where is the hot water for bath.he told who are u , who's told you ...do not distribute for staff ..... That type staff is mornig in the hotel.... So plz ask to the manager before the take rooms here And ALPHA..... take the care for the tourists for ur future........
