Hotel acquired by oyo don't follow oyo's guideline, booking confirmation on oyo is not confirmation for your booking, Hotel owners ask you extra to pay and if you refuse they won't give you check in and probably will insult you. Secondly oyo won't be able to help in this type of situation and as a result you become the victim of harrasment. Oyo customer care executive will show you that they are trying help you but none of hotel owner listen to them, finally either bear the harrasment Or go to consumer forum only two ways are there, oyo can't help you. Spot on hotel sk star and Oyo Flagship 74330 Hotel Aqsha Paradise was supposed to suspend from oyo's listing but it's still there.

It's just an average hotel, with less than average rooms. The rooms are not at all same as shown in the pictures on the leading travel websites & OYO portal. The reception staff & cleaning staff is good. Rooms are not in proper state, lights not working, no proper sanitary provided.
Office staff service is not satisfied. Room are not allowed in online price. Room Online price is room is low but office staff charge money for room is high 20% to 40 % . Very bad experience. For this hotel.
Needs to be clean, when i entered in the room its look dusty. But staff behaviour is great specially receptionist. She is very cooperative. I giving 4 star only because of she.
