Rooms look like red alert. AC was not working. Unprofessional staff. The actual rooms looks very different and very poor from images of room uploaded on MMT I would suggest not book this property.

Very poor experience, neither the owner nor the staff is responsible to handle basic issues. False promises and unrealistic deadlines. Had a really awful experience and it was really mood spoiling basic amenities are also not in a working condition.

I had my father in law's family staying for 3 days with booking of all the rooms for my marriage. Initially, all the agreements made were accepted by Shikhar Paradise which are indicated below - 1. 14 rooms for 3 days (26th, 27th and 28th November 2022) 2. For Sangeet - a) Stage b) Tent c) Chair 3. Extra beddings for each rooms 4. Light and Music - for Sangeet 5. Food - Lunch @300/plate. And tea complimentary. For all of the above things, we paid total of Rs. 1,21,000 INR in hand once getting the room. However, the service which was supposed to be served for 3 days was not given as expected. We are really dissatisfied with Shikhar Paradise and the services they have given to my family. Find the details which we were dissatisfied with the services not served properly - 1. Extra charges was asked for drinking water. 2. Microphone which was supposed to be given for music and light was not served initially at the time of Sangeet. 3. Food served was disgusting and not properly cooked. As per what my family has experienced, I recommend people never to book Shikhar Paradise for any event. Shikhar Paradise you should be shameful for the services you have served.

They did not give tea or coffee in the morning while I was having breakfast. Hotel have a personal menu card. and in this menu the food price was very high. Hotel have to wheelers parking area. over all not a good experience with this hotel.

Good, very nice food is very tasty. Near parking, it's a combination of items offered but also the service quality in which those items are offered. Tech helps give a good experience, or "the sweet life," to guests.

Very bad service always check in deny for online booking and staff are also so rude and mannerless they are evern ready to talk properly only asked for offline booking with heigher price. Very poor service at all.

Normally this was a house of a person but this time the owner of this hotel gave on rent to the online hotel company #OYO. My first exprince with this was not quite good because i chossed this hotel due to its economical rate but there was a facility mentioned in oyo app that they will give you room heater. There was no one hotel giving room in Rs 600 so i driver #11_kms but when i reached to this hotel. The maneger of this hotel denied totally for that service.

Well can't say it tha best... But very good at this price range... Very affordable. One will feel like he is in his home. Staff Is also cooperative. Overall it's a good choice for affordable accommodation in high socity area of lucknow
