Loved the stay...it was so clean and beds were comfortable

i haven't clicked any pictures of the guesthouse. however the host was really nice and caring, the guesthouse was clean and worth the money. they provided us with everything that we asked for the place as well is calm and peaceful and pretty near to almost all the places. will definitely recommend this to others.

Zabardast experience Owner prateek and his mom's hospitality is fabulous % When ever I visit to goa. This place would be my favorite. Almost coming here since 4 years never faced any issue. I stayed here with my friends. everyone love's this place. One more thing, I seen some reviews and I totally agree with that, because they rarely use booking software, because of that somehow we faces denial to entry even if we have a confirm reserved room from online bookings, but I call prateek whenever I make plan for goa for myself and my friends. That guy will arrange every thing we need Budget friendly well maintained place Definitely you will love this place.

Nice Guest house, very close to Anjuna beach. Cant ask for more very budget friendly. Would surely visit again. Clean rooms with all basic needs AC, Refrigerator, Hot Water, Good Beds.

soaps , towels and bed sheets were not provided untill asked , there was no ash tray , other than that room was clean we barely stayed for few hours .

Don't book this property this is cheating person. I have booked room one month before and my booking also confirmed my the property and he confirmed my booking one day before of check in date as well. But I went to the property in check in date suddenly he said that rooms are not available . Then only i know that he given our room to other customer for more money. I did call many time to speak with him but he is not responding my call he is sleeping inside of the same property only. Then we source new room by the walk with my family and we got very expensive room later night only. I had faced big trouble due to this cheating guy.

Very nice and courteous family. Rooms are equipped with basic amenities and the property is very new. Maybe few months old. Touching distance from Anjuna beach, 2-5 mins walk to Monginis, CCD, Dominos, ATMs etc.. At a nice location. Though being nearby to every major eatery brand, yet very serene and peaceful with every sound of nature humming around.

If you are thinking to book Don't even think even a second, THE OWNER IS VERY Co-operative.. The rooms are very big almost 6-8ppl can stay. Don't go anywhere. book here itself. I appreciate the Lakshmi Naik. He is very good person. i was very happy for being in such a beautiful place near to anjuna beach
