Very pooor service and i can't able to understand why such reputed OYO firm give permission for such cheap hotel for their service
Location , room and services are pretty good . They are supportive and the locality is good not that one awesome as famous places are far away as we use our foot to go or by foot . But if we take riksha or other transport we can reach over easily within 20 -25 min . Thanking you
had it been possible to give a negative Five star that would have been the correct rating1. It's better to stay at the footpath than this hotel. The rudest staff I have ever seen2. In the morning I checked at 6 am. No water for the whole day. I myself have to carry a bucket for use. no staff for help3. in Tv remote is provided without cells. you have to wait for the entire day so that they can arrange cells as all rooms are booked 4. The room blanket provided has a lot of hairs, stains when told, the reply is our all room are booked and this as best we can give5. The room is full of mosquitoes when asked for Allout or any repellent, it's not available.RegardsGarvit Choudhary
Worst hotel ever they charge more than the price show in oyo apps and the rooms are very dirty. The ac are not working at all. No service and if u want to order ssamsame i feomething then you have to go to the reception and place the order also the food smells like hell and wastage of money. The reception guy dont have a respect towards the guests how to treat them. Very unsafe hotels for girls specially.
The worst place ever.. FO... They didn't let checkin by oyo booking price. They used to take a large amount of charges for a room except oyo booking charges. Oyo must have remove this hotel from their list and govt. Of resident should have to cancel their hotel license for mis-behaving and taking extra amount.
hotel staff behavior was so rude. they charged extra money for stay as we were checked in at 11:15AM (we made our payment at the time of booking via app then also they were charging) they have empty room then also they were charging extra amount. very disappointed with the room as they were different from image shown. cleanliness was so bad and room was smelled dirty. don't book any room here otherwise you'll get same disappointment.
I would share real feedback of a user: - you will reach here by seeing OYO in Rs300-Rs500, but after reaching here you will be informed for Rs800-Rs1500. - you will complaint to OYO but here raise issue, do nothing. Now: the price according to room is value for money, issue is they doesn't updated there price in OYO app that's why this happens. Overall: price should be Rs800-Rs1200 according to room condition and location. They should provide breakfast,bathing material(soap, face wash) but not providing.
