Nice place. Very homely and Comfortable. Good receptive staff and cordial. Reasonable rates with value of money. Very spacious beds for a family, the best I have seen in any hotel. If the catering or in house food facilities can be explored, it's indeed a great place to stay.
Booked this property using booking.com and the staff didn't allow check-in as all of their rooms were full. It was 12 in the midnight i had to wait almost a hour. Even after all attempts the staff denied check-in at any cost. I contacted the booking.com customer care and even they called him three times infront of me but he pretended to know local language only and couldn't speak in hindi or english. I was with family and a group of 14 this was worst hospitality i ever received from any staff. The manager/staff was so pathetic and disgusting he kept smiling and giggling with his other staff when we kept asking why can't we check-in. Forget my money i was shocked to see someone laughing and making fun of family which simply wanted to check-in at their booked hotel.
Very bad experience. Rooms not available after reaching!! It's a scam. Issue not resolved even after pursuing for 5 hrs. Had to cancel booking. Don't know if it will be refunded.
Hotel air conditioned and location at market area. It's bigger than other hotels nearby. All Facilities available nearby. Business people come from other states so its demand is high . So they prefer to who paid more and occupy immediately. Online booking is not workable always. So management may prefer profitable business

The hotel is peacefully located. Avoid the rooms facing the road as you will hear some traffic sounds which may disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Took a suite room and it was good for the price paid.
