Such a horrific customer experience . The staff was bearing such an attitude that he wasn't even hearing us . He was like it's our property you can stay if you want otherwise move out. Wouldn't recommend to anyone it will ruin your holiday vibes . Cheers

The staff here thinks he is the king of trivandrum. Please change him if you want future buisness . Payment was done online and they refused us to stay at the property.

Good hotel to stay. Nice service & Staff. Clean rooms. No toiletries in washroom. No restaurant in hotel or nearby. Location not good for tourist. Not listed in oyo. Do not book through any oyo listing. I was disappointed by booking through Agoda under oyo. Fortunately rooms was available.

Great hotel located few meters away from the beach. The room was spacious, well equipped (AC, TV, Fan, Towels, Hot water, Toilet paper) and clean. Good and fast Wi-Fi. The breakfast was good and served on the balcony of the room. Nice staff as well.
