Third class behaviour from reception, I have booked online and also confirmed before reaching by calling with hotel manager but they said no booking received when I reached at hotel , after 2 hours of arguments with Reception Guy, I got refund from application when manager switch off phone while application owner try to call him , it clearly shows they expect some extra money for confirming room they don't care at all,
Worst.. don't ever go to this hotel.. I had booked through OYO.. but still he forcefully made me to pay Rs. 1500 extra.. for 1 night..

The service was great and so were the rooms that were reasonably priced. Had a great stay and had a great conversation with their courteous and friendly manager, Thakursahab, and his staff, Vishnu who tried their level best in making my stay comfortable. Will always prefer to stay there when I visit Navsari next.
