Nice restaurant. I booked rooms through Oyo. As per Oyo booking they provided complimentary breakfast. Food section of restaurant is very nice. In room also all basic amenities provided. Low price rooms when. Compared to other lodges of the area.

Room was decent. However the condition of the bathroom was not that great. Shower head was broken. Flush button was broken. Slow room service. It took me three calls just to the water bottle! Food was not cooked. Restaurant had broken plates and uncleaned tables. Giving 3 stars beacuse the room and the linen were cleaned.

Overall experience was ok ok. Breakfast was not good at all This hotel is usually occupied by Local (Delhi) couples. You will find 1-2 couple near reception area doing Check In formalities at any given point of time between 9AM-4PM. Not advisable to bring your young KID. Staff were supportive and helpful.. Good for quick visit 1-2 days stay.

Wonderful place for the couples. It has very clean rooms. The staff co operation is also noticable. Food is good. It has good room service as well as front desk service. However there were some issues with parking place and check in process time but overall it should be consider a worth value visit if u are visiting with your partner. This is situated near Max hospital vaishali. It has easy approach from anand vihar bus terminal and Dilshad garden metro station. This place is heaven for the couples who is looking for a safe private place in the aewas of Shahadara, jhilmil, dilshad garden, anand vihar etc.

Average budget hotel. Don't get confused with the photos they have online. Toilets are not clean. Front desk is good but the speed at which they operate other service is very slow. You need to call and ask for everything, if you are dropping the keys at the reception in the morning, before heading out tell them explicitly to clean the room, then only they will get it done and Btb it doesn't mean they will clean the toilet, for that you need to tell them explicitly to do so. Food options are limited and they take their own sweet time to deliver it. Not worth the money you pay for it. Will not recommend nor will stay here again.

Check in process took longer than usual, rooms were not available for check-in. We had to wait 25 minutes for the hand over for room keys. Room service was pathetic because when I ordered food and drinks for myself the room service staff did not ask for my room number and did not provide a bill summary for the same. After an hour when I called the room service to enquire about my order they bluntly said they forgot the room number and where waiting for me check back then they'd send it to me. Sheer careless and casual attitude. 3 stars for cleanliness and deducted 2 stars for in house services.

This is a mediocre hotel at best. No support from the staff at all. I chose this hotel on OYO website by looking at the pictures. It looked like a good one. But that's all for show. In reality, the rooms are not upto the mark. I had to change my room THREE TIMES, since there was some or the other issue with each of them. Non functional charging sockets, Washroom door jammed, telephone service dead, wifi not working; I did not pay the hotel for THS. What's more, YOU CANNOT MEET ANYONE while you stay here. If you have friends arriving, you must come down to the reception, meet them and send them off there and then. This is ridiculous. From the third room allotted to me, where the telephone (and charging socket) was finally working, I called the reception, asking for the wifi password which they provided me with. Guess what, it wasn't working. I needed my booking ID for wifi access. Even after I checked in, my booking ID showed up as 'you are not checked in yet', after 7 HOURS of check in. How slow is your database? On asking whether late night room service is available for tea, coffee, etc, the lady at the reception said it "sure is available". But as you might have guessed, it wasn't. The receiver at the other end was DISCONNECTED ON A PERMANENT BASIS all night. If you cannot provide a service, don't boast about it in the first place. Pathetic experience overall. Never going to this hotel again.

We used this property for a family function and the staff managed it well. Specifically, Priyanka and Shahid were always supportive. Though it is an old property and rooms are not too new and good but its worth what you pay for. Property is also on prime location. Value for money..!!
