OYO Flagship 66133 Hotel Sri Karuna Residency - Hotel in Thanjavur - Thanjavur, India

The room provided to us was not that good. The room did not have a hot water facility. We have to carry a bucket in the lobby and collect the hot water from a common tap. Our rooms where on the third floor and the lift was broken. No towels for provided in the rooms, we have to go down and pick the towels from the reception. Rooms did not have intercom facility so we had to go down three floors for any request. Rooms did not have TV. In one of the rooms the AC was not working so we were provided another room. Initially when requested for some hot drinking water they told me to come down and collect, later they provided a hot water kettle.

Staff is too rude. Did not allow us to use washroom unless the process completes. This is against law, but they do not seem to be bothered by it. Owner is not cooperative at all.

Stay was very good . The hotel staff hospitality was awesome.

Except the cleanliness and room fragrance there are no complaints as such, it was worth it for the price paid. But there was a major complaint to address. As seen my room was booked in discounted price and I had to go for a event at 6 in Tanjore. I was already late to the hotel and was in a hurry to check-in. Without even seeing my booking the man in the reception denied that there are no rooms, even when I showed my booked email sent he hesitated to see it and ignored saying they're not acception .As I had paid for the room and I had no option at that time to leave I stayed there and waited until he crosschecked until he called me himself to say that it was his mistake and that the room is alloted.. I highly recommend not to book here if you want to be treated as a human being.

Good but owner behaviour not good and not cooperating with coustomers. Very bad service. Other staff is good.. we stay one month in hotel but after we paid payment behaviour Is fully changed. And last Few behaviour is very change.

Located around the new bus stand, Thanjavur, Tamilnadu. I appreciate the hotel owner for the cleanliness of the rooms.
