#far away from the city. Transportation is difficult in the night. Room is average. Hospitality is good. Restaurants and other necessities are far away. Lonely place if anyone wants to be away from hastle life style of the city. Too many mosquitoes in the room. Needs to give more facilities. Cleanliness should be improved.
The building looks average from outside, but the rooms are neat and clean inside. They have another building which looks new from outside and inside. The building has lift, fridge, AC, heater, TV cupboards, clean toilets, white bed with bedsheet and towel. They provide free mineral water. (It's actually a 3bhk flat they have kitchen too) It felt like a home to me. They charged 1.8k for 3 people on 7/2018. They have a nice view from balcony. They have a mid -costly menu with a nearby hotel called open grill, It's better to have food at nearby hotels.
It looks Ok from outside but when you go inside it was perfect... All the rooms have air conditioning and water heater in all bathrooms and refrigerator in the hall... We didn't eat the food there but there is a restaurant near by called EAT STREET which is awesome... Location is peaceful but it looks like you are entering into a forest type... Overall stay is very nice and cost effective i think
An over rated place probably. Suitable ONLY FOR STAGS. It's a boy's hostel with part of it functioning as oyo rooms. Be prepared to be surprised.you shall get one among the 3 rooms in a single flat. A little, cozy room
This is a worst OYO place. I can't even say it as a place one stay one night. Cleanliness worst. Service by Drunken people. Ugly maintenance. No one can step on this door mat. No blanket, no bed change. Used room has been given to me. Cupboards worst. Bathroom yaak. Poor quality bed. Room with lot of dust. One worst curtain. No city posh hotel collects such huge money like these country people. In my entire life, this is the worst experience of staying outside by paying lots of money for the unbearable stay.
Keerhi Estates is one of the best hotel for loneliness.. Environment around the hotel was nice. But during night journey towards hotel was difficult. Short cuts are there to reach the hotel u can find in google maps. Servicing and caring in the hotel was nice.
Booked thru oyo app. I selected this room mainly because of early morning check in facilty. Pros are first economical costing less than thousand rupees and reasonably mantained room. Sorrounding area is green and calm. You feel like village setting though it is built in a village now it is part of city. Cons are difficulty in reaching the room. Ola cab facilty is available but you don't find cabs around this place. Autowalas in vikayawada...you cant bear them. Demands more money. Every auto driver tries to loot you. And they said complimentary breakfast and i dont know how they are going to manage it because i checked out in the same day evening itself and i didnt offered any breakfast. It is an apartment and mostly occupied by college students so you may feel uncomfortable if you are travelling with females though we didnt face any problem. We stayed for 2 hrs in the monring and 2 hrs in the evening so i cant say fully about it. Overall it is budget friendly and if you want to stay for short periods you can consider it

The hotel is peacefully located. Avoid the rooms facing the road as you will hear some traffic sounds which may disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Took a suite room and it was good for the price paid.
