Good budget hotel recently in jan22 we stayed with family. Opp side good tiffin center is there. Manager and room service boy is good. Parking for CAR is not available but besides hotel can be parked overall happy wt this hotel stay
It's okayish. If you have some business and spend a Night or 2 at Nellore then it's a place that can have a think about. It's in Vedayapalem so not center. Air conditioner works. You can book room without Air-conditioner as well. To get your overall cost down.
Need to improve. Should maintain well. Lots of mosquitoes, no geyser in room for hot water. Just a place for quick fresh up/transit if you need one low on budget.
The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable for 2 persons . We heard absolutely no street noise despite being facing onto a busy road.Clean and good ambience.Most friendly and helpful receptionist, so lovely and great first impression of Residency.

Although it is a service oriented business, there is either no service or poor service. But it is situated very near to the high way and convenient to stay there for a while in order to break their journey.All are A/C rooms and good enough. No restaurant is there. Only coffee or tea available at near by.
