OYO Flagship 5658 Hotel In City - Hotel in Panaji - North Goa, India

Very bad experience. Room not cleaned.bed was smelling bad. Existing customer's shampoo packets and soap was there in washroom in used condition. No dim light available. TV was not working after informing several times to staff. No water bottles provided.I had buy from nearby shop. Mobile charging plugs are far away from bed.

It's a place to spend a night when nothing else is available. Shabby place, not maintained at all. The room is dirty, linens are dirty, no qualified people in reception, service is obviously very bad. No basic things in the room. Towels, soap to be asked. No other toiletries available. Even the dust bin is not cleaned from the previous stay.

Below average hotel. Old and congested lift. Room and bathroom are small, cleanliness is required. Except for TV no other amenities, but Oyo toilet is given (shampoo, body gel and soap). AC was working, lots of musquitos troubling in the night. Breakfast (if included) very less option and not unlimited. Only good thing is that 'pay at hotel' and 'free cancellation' options are available. Located at the heart of the city, near to Casino or Miramar beach. Not worth the money.

Horrendous, the place dirty beyond measure. I arrived at night, no one was awake, called the manager didn't pick. Toilet dirty, room dirty, sheets dirty. The price was low, but quality and service much lower. They were begging for a good review which they do for everyone there, sir acha review do, acha review do. Which is why you see these 5 stars here. Disgusting.

Nice hotel and rooms. They are serving nice breakfast too. The staff is also good and well behaved. Hotel is located in panjim near to the walking distance from all casinos like deltin jaqk, casino pride, big daddy casino and casino royal is little bit far like 10 min walking distance. You can easily find out the hotel from Google maps. It's my first time that I stayed in this hotel but from now I'll always stay in this hotel whenever I came to visit Goa.

This is an ok place. Due to peak season I had to pay double for the room that's partly the reason for 2 stars. But rooms were small, bathroom very small. 20% of TV screen had dead pixels. No complementary water. Very few breakfast choices. Only good point is, location. Near to good ice cream place. Walkable distance from casinos.

Horrible Hotel. Filled with cockroaches and dirty bathrooms and linen sheets. They gave us wifi password when asked and then changed the password to it after an hour. Served thick hard poori for breakfast and tasteless chai. Probably because it's free breakfast that they don't give 2 squats about its quality. Their in room phone also doesn't work. They give unsealed water bottle. No room service. Very old and congested lift. You can't put more than 2 luggage. Would never go here again. Looks nothing like its pictures. Don't go here.

We just hate this place, i think it's not maintained in last 6-7 years. Bed bugs are their permanent customers. Never visit this property. Owner was not taking the responsibility. They dont know how to treat our customers. Hotel staff was drunk always on duty. The place spoiled our goa trip.
