Worst experience. I check-in hotel late night since lately reached Bangalore. The person on reception charged higher amount taking advantage of late hours. Rooms and Washroom all dirty. I some how spent night and came out

Terrible service. I had done my booking through oyo, and made the paid. But the owner denied the booking and cancelled it. And kept asking me to talk to the oyo people, just because i paid online, he kept saying i should pay at hotel. When asked why is is the online option visible, he just said talk to the oyo guys. DO NOT BOOK THIS EVER.

No manners to talk to customer, room aren't clean, bathroom are not in using condition, no good service, doesn't know any manners

Rabish cheaters worst .....hotel people are cheater and don't know how to behave...worst ujwal residency in Bangalore cheater people ... Please do book and come to this ujwal residency

Worst place to check in....no ethical behavior, strictly avoid for outsiders.....no manners in words....disgusting place of hotel...

Poorly maintained place. I will not recommend to anyone. Bathroom is so dirty. Water is not coming properly. Switches are not working properly. There is no remote for A/C. Comparing to other hotel price in here is Little bit less. Staffs are friendly. But they don't have any other option to help us. We have to adjust with it. I recommend to do some maintenance.It is Located in a good place with lots of shops nearby. All kinds of shops are available nearby the hotel. We don't have to order anything online. More than the hotel i liked the surrounding. People are so friendly.

Such an worst hotel I have never seen. There r no room service, no servants at all. Even I have to carry my own luggages through the stairs. There was no one to carry my luggages even. The manager just gave me the room key and asked to check-in. Even the rooms r also not clean, bathroom was very poor. It was an ac room but there was no blanket even . And when I asked manager about blankets , he told me that those bed covers r blankets. I was literally speechless. There was one landphone for show off. It was not even working. They have not provided any soaps, any towel. Oh my goodness I have never experienced such hotels. Even if u go with your wife they will be staring at u like they have never seen any couple. There was written everywhere "NO SMOKING" . But if u enter the hotel, u can't stay bcoz of the smell of smoke. Think twice before going to this hotel. I m literally speechless. Idk how to express my anger.

Us,the costumers who has booked the hotel in the evening, on reaching the hotel at 12 since the arrival of our flight ws at 11pm experienced the worst attitude from the ownerof the hotel 'UJWAL RESIDENCY'. Oyo number 5590.Not just that he didnt open the door even after calling for about 45 mins ,But also after opening he just physically tried to deal with us by pushing us for waking him from sleep . And also said us that there no room even after the booking.And just banged the shutter down . This was really unacceptable and apology seeking act
