One of the worst hotel, I have ever been in my life.
AC suddenly stopped working in the night, owner please look into this matter.
Insects will be sleeping with you on your bed and most importantly 0/10 in cleanliness.
It was worst experience with both hotel and OYO as I booked on OYO, at the time of check-in they ask me to pay more than double and hotel manager says like "this hotel is out of your budget he directly insults me, called OYO they kept me on hold for 16 minute and disconnected without solving the issue" when connected with owner via OYO he denied that it was not his property then he asked me, have you clicked photos and videos of that denial convo, on which floor reception is, name of attender etc when the reception person denied checkin, he asked the foolish questions, wasn't make any sense for me, but OYO cc helped me a bit but the inconvenience I faced I will never book this hotel and never use OYO for sure as after this I booked on MakeMyTrip and they helped their services was quick and they are responsive as well.
Oyo owners charged extra in applications different amount but if your visit that location the owner said it's a parcel payment ....you have to make more amount before you visit first contact Oyo how much charges then you visit i recommend and my amount not refunded as well..
Kindly do not visit this residency was very pathetic
This not an OYO its a boys P.G. and do scam with our money if you book in prepaid mode, they will not refund you also not cooperating and never understand your situation.
I don't even give 1 star to this OYO 49535, because of rude behaviour and eractic as well as most inappropriate booking i ever offered by OYO.
They don't even deserve single star now, staff has changed and so the environment and hotel working,
Tv was broken, electric sockets and boards were broken and
Most importantly the bathroom was the worst , hygiene was zero,
And the hotel operator was switching off ac again and again to save his electricity bill.
This place allows couples but it's a not a place that you can take your wife or family members. Doesn't look safe for me. The people at the reception asked me to pay the money Via GPay and cancelled by booking Oyo after I paid the money. staff here are not professional. Personally I do not recommend to choose this place for a stay
Dirty rooms.
No sunlight or windows.
No locks, neither from inside or outside.
Never sanitized.
Never cleans laundry after one occupant leaves.
No room service.
Mosquitos, ticks and bugs.
No TV.
No geyser or hot water.
Limited water.
After fighting with mosquitoes for 3 hours, I quit the hotel and booked another.
It's worst paid stay in entire noida.
Even if it's last option, do not book it.
