Friendly staff. Location is remote. I feel OYO as property management company does not do any audit of locations. We have had very bad experience in Shillong - OYO properties are the worst there. OYO took money from us and did not even bother to inform us about the cancellation. We were told about the cancellation after we reached the property. OYO should not be trusted. My comments are for OYO as a service provider - very unprofessional.
Not so good room service, but room and wash room was clean. May der their(hotel owner) relation with oyo(company) is not so good. They told that, next time never book with oyo, took direct booking via call. And the atmosphere of the hotel is not good for me, why! I don't know.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AND STOP USING OYO. I booked dinner and breakfast with my hotel and they denied to give me food after I checked-in. Then they provided me with Rs. 50 Roti, Tadka and told OYO customer support that I am the one who denied the food. So, I didn't got any refund either. They didn't give me breakfast either. Bunch of scammers. The staff also needs to learn how to behave to people properly. They act like they are letting people stay for free. Will never trust OYO again.
1. Rooms are Quite small. 2. No kitchen, OUTSIDE FOODS ARE ALLOWED HERE. 3. Bathroom is clean 4. Wifi is available 5. Window is small. 6. Behaviour is good enough 7. Situated near Birati Railway Station just take the way behind the NORTH DUM DUM MUNICIPALITY BUILDING.
Very excellent service.. staff are well behaved. Room are well condition.. couples are welcome. Local id accepted. Good choice for unmarried couple. If you think safety for your partner please visit this place.
