Stay was comfortable here. Hassle free check-in. Staff were moderately welcoming. They made us check the rooms to make sure we're satisfied with them, before we made payment, which is unseen/unheard of elsewhere. They have their own kitchen and food we ordered were delicious. Rooms were okay and tidy. They could've provided with toiletries themselves - we had to ask for it. Overall a fairly good experience.
Staffs' behaviour was quite polite. Service was good. Room was pretty well maintained but only catch was that they charged 30rs for a water bottle, even if the printed price was 20
I went during Covid19 regulations, so not every facility was available however they had kitchen services available. Staff was very cooperative, helpful and decent. This place is close to City Center1, so, many retaurants and hawkers were open and necessary services were available. Had a nice stay.
