OYO Flagship 4891 Moti Sagar - Hotel in Chandigarh, Panchkula - Chandigarh, India

Dirty washrooms Dirty bed sheets pillows and quilt. The tv of any of the rooms of this hotel are not working, they never recharge . They dont even provide towel soap any of the things which they get from oyo as a toilet kit. The staff and the boyz working over there are so mannerless. The food they serve.us is horrible and so bad that we had to stay without food for whole night bcuz they dont allow the outside food. The dirties hotel and horrible hotel i have seen in my life . I request everyone not.to book there room

This was my first and last Oyo experience.. Such a misleading photos and description.. if you cannot maintain the hotels and property then please stop doing business. Just because it was late night and I was with my family that I had to bare with this hotel.. pathetic, awefull, worst, horrible are just some words describing the hotel and experience. I have taken photos from the hotel and screenshot of your listing..and will raise the issue in consumer forum. Seriously no amount if apologies can recover our wasted tour..

Never been so much dissappointed with oyo rooms like this very recently at this hotel palm house, Kishengarh, Chandigarh...stay was our majboori cz we already had paid, otherwise i would hv prefer to just go away without even looking at manager...he was terribly rude when we told him dat we r not gonna stay cz rooms are uncleaned and bathroom cleaning was trash...paid before seeing room cz we trusted oyo like before when we used to pay online without even seeing room...terrible experience! Not our privacy was taken care of...not at all couple friendly...mostly couples come here fpr few hourS i guess, not to spend long night, if u know wat i mean!

Structure of this hotel is good but it look like some PG type. Plus point is that it is almost near to Sukhna lake but it is located in a village far from Chandigarh railway station. Behavior of hotel staff is not good. No smoking board is placed inside the reception but instead of this staff members smoking. If you book from goibibo or mmt than you got room on the 5 floor.

I have stay here more than 2 times.nothing is good in this hotel. Bed is smale. One of the hotel representative Rohit His behave is bad during my check out he ask me additional money for Billing . Hotel owner take corrective action for him. after 3 times stay i promise myself i will never be there just cuz of these guy. I went there via oyo booking when i went there they ask me to cancel oyo booking. And we will give you better hotel facility.

Kailash Mishra ji with Vermillion(Tilak) here who is humble and polite. We can get thing done from him by poking. Dont get misguided by pics of OYO rooms .Their photo/window dressing is fooling the whole country. Hotel is good and ok! Have less expectation from hotel and be realistic Get your issues solved for example like water supply and geyser!

Room was okay and fairly comfortable, although bathroom was not very clean and we had no hot water from the shower. Difficult location for taxis drivers and tuk tuk drivers to find so had to provide our own directions.

Horrible experience. The staff was disinterested, the room was not cleaned after the last customer and there were no amenities- no drinking water, filthy rooms, soiled and torn bedsheets and pillows, unflushed toilet, smelly room and the worst ever stay in oyo. The experience was so bad that we left within 4 hours, at daybreak. Felt unsafe and unwelcome.
