Booked this hotel from Agoda, paid Rs1,508 online. Arrived, and they didn't acknowledge my online payment, asked me to pay an additional Rs1,000 without giving any receipt. The room I stayed needed to be refurbished and cleaned properly, especially the bathroom. The chairs where very dirty and screws poked from the seat, the walls were cracked, and the window curtains were dusty. No breakfast, no kitchen service, no cab service.
VERY STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Horrible service, Pathetic rooms' condition. Non-Cooperative staff. Un-hygenic kitcken. Very very limited water supply. You will have discounted price in online sites, but they ask for more money during check-in. They will horribly thwart you if you refuse to give extra amount. Not to stay here.
Pongal Brahamputra Guest House having some financial issues with OYO. due to this I had to do lots of request for accommodation. and they did not provided breakfast. Rest was all ok
There is no facilities available,I'm staying here and they didn't even know if the room has AC or not,no kitchen is here so all we have to order it from either Swiggy or Zomato etc.They didn't even provide 2 individual towels for two guests.
