OYO Flagship 42700 White Sand Guest House - Hotel in Puducherry, Periyamudaliyar Chavadi - Villupuram, India

Kind of bad experience at this space. They charge enormously and the service provided was really bad. For the price the room was really small and they didn't even provide the basic amenities like toiletries, towels and drinking water. The bathrooms were okay but proper maintenance is not done.

Hotel/Rest house sold to to some one & purchaser changed the name. We the bookers roaming on roads for shelter, this is OYO's experience. Booking amount is already with them.

The room was alright. The service is okay. The room and the bed felt damp (not cozy) which might be due to the weather or bad service. Location is very near main road which is good. Free wifi available. A/C available. CCTV available especially outside where you park your vehicle. Moderate price. Friendly reception. Check-out time is 12:00pm. Has rooms with two single beds. Bathroom was meh (average). Can get auto-rickshaws and public buses from the main road (bus stop is nearby). Nice tasty and cheap veg breakfast stalls can be found near the main road.

Staff was supportive, Though we couldn't get early check in, staff was supportive and they let us keep our luggage safe their, room service takes time but not that could ruin your mood... overall the owner or person in charge has put efforts on decoration... Comparing to the cost the vibes, infra and service, the cost has upper hand... Overall It was good one.

Pathetic service and staff behavior are very bad and they don't know how to talk with people... Making excuses every time. Recommended DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL...

Expensive and pathetic. Online price was 1400 but since we approached them directly they charged as Rs.3100 for a sub standard room. Since family was there and no time to search further, we took three rooms. Actually those rooms are worth max 500 only. No food or water offered. Pathetic rooms and bathrooms I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY

Don't go for it. They will cancel the booking if they get any other traveller with better price even when you book in advance.

Everything was waste. not at all recommended. even they don't give drinking water to the room no soap to wash hands i recommend not to go for this hotel. this is showing incorrect name in oyo and the booking will happen for different name Oyo which is near auroville beach. I checked out in one day only for my 2 days booking. talking to customer care, they say we can't modify your booking or shift to different. Familes, please stay away.
