OYO Flagship 41994 Balaji Hotel - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

The first and major thing I would like to mention that is terribly unprofessional staffs. I have stayed here twice due to emergency and most of their behaviour is so unwelcoming and rude that I will never stay here again. Rooms are average considering that this is place for patients mostly who are coming to visit AIG hospitals. But I would recommend you to choose other options which are plenty in that area.

This place has bed bugs. We weren't able to get any sleep whole night because of that. So I don't recommend it at all.

Every service is costly as compared to other hotel alternatives available in the area. The catering staffs are the most arrogant.

OYO and other website may give positive feed back. But my personal opinion is better to avoid. After staying long time in this hotel i am in writing. 1. Price Cheating tactics 2. Bed are not good . 3. Safety is zero. 4. No hygiene. 5. Prices are based on the person 6. You can get better apartment like 2 BHK for 1500. near by. 7. A lot of head weight especially ladies who are at reception. 8.No room service 9. Poor response & No understanding . 10. Customer satisfaction zero. Very Near by AIG you can get better accommodation than this. Please don't loose your money.

Very good behavior of owner and his staffs. Situated near hospital. Everything is good except 2 things. 1) Bedsheets 2) Insects Bedsheets are not very clean but visitors can bring extra bedsheets from home. Main problem is insects. But these insects are available in every hotels in this location. Visitors can ask hotel staffs for insecticide or can personally bring some insecticides like Hit spray etc

Staff behaviour is 3rd class(meaning less). Don't know how to behave and talking with guest. Ask unnecessary amount. I am staying 01 day(24 hrs). But they are collecting forcefully 2 days(48 hrs) amount.when i ask staff they are missbehave with me and also with my family

The worst oyo hotel I stayed ever till now from last 5 years. For around 2400/- they've given a small room for 1 day which does not even has door in proper condition. So much cigarette smell was there in the bathroom from checkin time till checkout time. Even though I complained about that, there was no solution. There is no parking place at all. They don't care about our vehicles. We have to park car somewhere in the main road far from hotel. At the time of booking that guy said that car parking is there, hut after checkin another guy said that there is no place for car parking. I had booked it for 3 members, they provided extra bed but blanket was not provided.

Very poor or even worst hospitality. 4days stayed where no proper room cleaning done , even bedseat pillow covers are not changed. Regular requested and key kept at counter for room services. But after returned found room condition is same with dusty floor and with old beds bedseat & pillow cover. Only Waste packet collected as handover at out site. Overall fraud against perhaps room charge. Informed about mosquitoes bit not provided liquidator. How more worst service could be expected along with a patient stayed there for treatment at AIG. Will never recommend to any one.
