OYO Flagship 40836 The Guest House - Hotel in Pune - Pune, India

Poor service at all.. According to their pricing they didn't provide any service. No soaps in bathroom, no mirror, no cupboard,bedsheets are dirty, no hygiene in room, blanket is also poor quality. There was only one socket for charging and it was also not working, we told them about this but they didn't repair It. It wasn't a pleaset stay at all.

Don't go in this, it was an extremely bad experience, I booked this hotel room, one arrogant staff member said the electricity problem is going on and it will resolve by the next day.. I didn't get any refund. My money is gone.. never go to this hotel..

Most worst experience in pune with this booking, mannerless staff is working here, even they don't know ..how to treat people, how to talk with people, electricity issues.. staff issues.. service issue..dont go by oyo online booking

Do not go here..if you are booking through OYO or any other apps this hotel owner is a big cheater... He asked me for extra money other than i paid on the agoda booking website also agoda mentioned free breakfast but he said you will not get anything.

We booked 2 delux rooms. On arrival there were no responsible person at reception to give our rooms. Initially they denied that booking is there. Then the person called his manager over phone and asked me to talk to him. That manager was very arrogant and said you will get only one deluxe n other ordinary room. He said in hindi "kyaa krnaa hai krlaae. jo ruum hai vhii lenii pddegii udhr OYO vaalose baat kro merese baat mt kro. ordinary room was so cheap that I didn't wanted to stay. But as i was with family n had no option but to stay there. It was very unpleasant experience.

Completely disappointed with oyo rooms 40836. I had booked a room for 2 days and on reaching the destination I wasnt given a warm welcome which although I was never expecting. But I just hoped the the room were good. The twist in the story happened on the following day when I received a message saying that my booking had been cancelled as I had not checked in. On seeing this message I immediately contacted the reception to find out what was wrong. It was then I realised that they hadnt checked me in on the previous day and as a result there was a new booking on my date. The people at the reception acted as though this was none of their fault . They were least bothered about my concerns. Later I came to realise that this was a way by which they could charge me for 2 days without actually having a booking in my name and this unaccounted money would be 100 percent profit for them. The following night I received a call from the reception asking me to vacate my room as a fresh booking had been placed over my booking. With one day remaining in my original booking I was aksed to vacate the same night. Being an alien to this new city I had no way but to give in. I have lost all my belief in the oyo rooms facilities. I am sure that if this is the way the company is planning to move forward then the end is not very far. I am also attaching a photo which shows a cigarette packet which was seen under my blancket. Cleanliness was pathetic in the room. Although I did not expect good hospitality, I expected the room to be clean and well maintained. But unluckily I was disappointed on all grounds.

I visited there for dorms with my friends and The dorms was good as it was Dorm cum 1 Hall bedroom. Washrooms was not so clean
