Never before experience. No complaints with AC,hot water, lift. That's the only reason I had given 2 rating. Rooms, bathrooms, bedsheets, pillows are completely dirty. Mosquitoes all over the place. They didn't provide the toiletries and towels even. It's clearly visible they are not at all maintaining upto the minimum even. Still wondering how oyo partnered with such a hotel
Most worst hotel OYO has sponsored. They have denied drinking water and basic utensils to have my food. They have put a notice in their reception that No Complementry food and water to OYO customers. I was denied dinner and Breakefast for which I had paid in advance. Room condition is very poor as per OYO standards. Either their A/C is not working or their A/C remote is missing. Same is the case with their TV. All bathroom fittings are leaking. Light wirings and fittings are hanging and unsafe any time an accident may occour due to short circuit. Their Wify is not working. Where as they have promised to provide free Wify. During my stay for four days house keeping was not done, not even swept my room even after repeatedly asking them.
OYO helpline is also worthless. First of all you cannot contact them easily most of the time their standard recorded message is that their is high traffic in their telephone lines, please wait on line, this wait can be of one hour also, after which call will automatically disengauge, or they will run a recorded message that this facility is not available at this moment, please try again. When ever you will get connected to speak to their online customer care they will listen to you and make a peculiar conclusion and then ask you to keep on line and they will transfer your line to some expert, then wait online for some time with your phone in your ear, it may take 10 minutes to 30 minutes or more, then some one will talk to you and ask you to explain your problem once again to him or her them they will ask once again to wait online as they will talk to the property manager. Again a long wait may be half an hour or more, then they will say that they are transferring the call to some body else, again the same sequence will repeat. Suddenly they will say Sir am I audible to you, from here you keep on saying yes please go ahead again they will repeat the same Sir am I audible to you after repeating the same for 2 3 more times they will say sorry sir as I am not getting your answer I am disconnecting the line. Again if you call your line is sure will not connect, as if some body has blacklisted your number. Same is the case in WhatsApp also. They are doing the same thing.
I had booked room for 8 days and online payment was done. I was fed up with the hotel staffs behavior and OYO's careless and uncooperative behaviour, I have left that hotel after 4 days. Till now they have not refunded my remaining 4 days money nor my food bill. I am waiting to get their response, or else I have decided to take them to the consumer court.
Can't tell it is a room for family occupation. Toilets are horrible. No towels, no soaps. No cupboards for keeping your cloths. Full of mosquitoes. No repellant kept. Don't take G2 room if provided. Haven't been shown alternative rooms in any of the floors. Sorry OYO didn't expect from you.

Because it's such a beautiful hotel and the name sutes it because indeed its good excellent clean with a lift to the different floors as I live there to with a TV phone superbe toilet what else just for Rs 600
Worst hotel. They refused to provide rooms if booked through oyo. They treat you very badly. There are so many good hotels and Lodge nearby. Reception people are very rude and don't know how oyo do business with these people.
Pathetic hotel. People running the hotel have no idea what service means. They fight with you if you book through OYO. No cleanliness Smells of cigarette smoke the rooms. Avoid the place. I don't know why OYO is tied up with these kinds of hotels.
Room is good and surrounding place convenient, But Only Thing is about early check in, need to improved, restriction on 12 pm check can be avoided to help customers who arrive by train and reach early morning, hectic to find another hotel and expense extra for 4 hours cost, when booked hotel property not admitting early check in in such hotels, My suggestion is please provide us 24 hrs check in even early mornings
