OYO Flagship 40026 Hotel Acropole - Hotel in Ahmedabad - Ahmadabad, India

I had done my booking in hotel dream inn, room was not available there even I've booked in advance, so they shifted me in this hotel saying that it is part of our hotel only, in which they ask me for advance payment and that room is not cleaned, washroom is so dirty. First they have given me unsealed water battle and when I ask for a sealed one(every hotel giving free water bottle 1st time), he said to pay extra for that. The room which given to me, in that window 's lock was broken so it wasn't safe to stay in that room, I ask to shift in another, another room assign to me after 4 hours. Worst stay experience ever I had.

If only I could give less than 1 star, I would've given for sure. I booked this property through OYO for 1 day. At the time of check in I was denied the room, saying that the hotel does not entertain online booking and at the discounted price. If I want to get a room, I will have to book it offline at their normal tariff, which is double the rate at which I booked the room. At last, I have to look for another room. This issue I faced a couple of times now on booking with OYO

it was worst experience starting from check in to check out. They have denied my check in as I have paid and demanded cash payments. after 30 mins of argument they have allowed me to check in... Behavior reception staff was very rude... at night I have asked 3 times for mosquito repellent or any other options but it has been not provided. In the morning they have started calling me from 9.15 for early check out to entertain other guests. Only Poha in breakfast and it was not fresh enough. So over all it was a very bad experience. This was my First worst experience .... Due to Check in issue I was not able to attend my meeting in time.

Dear sir/madam Hotel acropole ahamdabad are very very very disappointed to me..this is third class hotel and his owner was very bad behaviour to me.. i have booked this hotel 27 june 2018 to 3 july 2018 but...i can't stay there..no water available in roof tank, in wash room etc, after 9:00 pm at 27 june 2018 I leave this hotel and go to another hotel.hotel owner malin singh cut the 1500/- rs in my advanced payment.very very very bad experience. Kabhi nahi jana ees hotel mai..fresh hone tak ka pani nahi hai vaha..aur hotel staff kahta hai ki boring tubewell mai hi pani nahi hai to hum kya kare..aur jyada kahne per ek balti pani ki bhar k bathroom mai rakh di..don't go to this hotel in future.very bad experience with GOIBIBO Purane sare review dekh kr hi hotel booking karai thi but unfortunately sare old reviews paise dekar submit karaye gaye hai..very bad hotel.

The hotel facilities are limited. WiFi facility is not present. It's available but working at only 2 rooms near reception area. Complaint correction time is too late. Think before choosing your stay.
