Worst place to stay. Not a hygiene place. Full of dirt. I booked for two nights. after getting into the room i got headache and vomit due to the smell that comes from the toilet. Dirty blankets, Dirty toilets. Vacated the place soon after looking at the condition of the room. Spent some extra bugs and stayed at another good place. Lost 1800rs but if i continue to stay here i would have spent more in hospital.

I visited this place today and got very disapponited. The room was not at all like as it was shown in the google photos. They give a neat and tidy room to families and a unmaintined room for couples which is such a bad treatment. The bedsheets were not washed they were nasty and stained, restroom door latch was broken both inside and outside, television was also not working when we entered the room. The people working there also did not respond properly and slightly sounded rude. Such a worst experience it was not worth the money. Never visit as a couple

Decent stay. Slightly located inside from the main road. Room was clean and toilet was ok. There is a small restaurant in the same building providing average food. Parking space could accommodate 4 to 5 cars. But the street is filled with stray dogs especially during evenings and nights. So have to be careful while walking through the streets.

Huge space with 4 bedrooms and hall with all furnished but the fridge and washing machine is not working 2 bed rooms were good and another 2 are worse. IMPORTANT: The place is very close next to a cremation ground/burial place. That is the most drawback in this place. Except for family this place is good in price.

I had booked this hotel on 09-Oct-2021 through goibibo for my family. My wife, daughter and I stayed there. Around 2 am someone knocked our room's door. I thought that someone got drunk and knocked by mistake. So we just ignored and slept off. Then around 4:30 am someone knocked the door again & asked us to open. We declined & checked why they were annoying us at that hour. The guy became persistent and he kept banging the door for 20 mins. My family was terribly scared and I was really getting skeptical. Then, I called my friends who stay near the hotel. Simultaneously, I dialled 100 for help and explained this incident. My friends came after 15 mins and we could bring the situation under control. Thankfully, nothing happened to us. Once, I came out of the room we figured out that someone was using drugs & was under the influence. We knocked the door of other rooms with the help of my friends and the receptionist. Two guys came out and denied of any such actions from there end. The third guy didn't come out and others said that he was hungover. However, those 3 guys checked out of hotel in the early morning since I called police for help. The receptionist assured that it won't happen again but due to such an unfortunate experience I could not believe them Besides this, I would like to talk about the hotel room. Please don't trust the photos provided in the app. The room was really dirty and was not cleaned properly. We found a bunch of hair and few blood stains around the room as well. Bathroom was dirty, looked gross & had unhygienic smell. Tv was not working. Remote was not available for AC and had a fixed temperature of 23. Above all, the lift was also out of order. We had paid for the breakfast but they said that they closed the kitchen long back. If that was so, then they shouldn't have charged us in the goibibo app too Toiletry kit, towel and bed sheets were also not provided. I called Goibibo multiple times for a complete refund. However, I have not received a solution from their end yet. They kept stalling it with excuses of calling us back. But it's been a while and I haven't received a call from them. They are not even ready to provide a complaint number. I had never expected such a ridiculous way of handling situation from a brand like Goibibo. I was lucky to have friends around the area to come and help me. Imagine if it had been someone new to the city, a Lady, a student, senior citizens. What would have been their plight? Thanks

Worst hotel, better avoid it. No service at all. Money oriented, don't provide basic services properly. Unprofessional and unethical staff managing the hotel. For running the generator during nivar cyclone power cut, they asked me to pay for diesel charges ( have anyone heard amy hotel do like this before to anyone) They don't care for the customer needs, we have to ask them repeatedly, kind of beg them to get basic services, didn't provide towels and soap during our stay. The bed linen was soiled, unclean, overall thoroughly disappointed, they are spoiling OYO's reputation

Lots of mosquitos with that dirty bedsheet. You can easily understood that , that spot in the bedsheet is nothing but the sign of love the couple made last night hotel guys are taking money from us but don't know why they are not providing service ? Bathroom commod is broken. And water is not going through the besin. It's chocked. Disappointed !!!
