Location is weird and doesn't seem to be in a good locality. Rooms are dirty. Staffs are so lazy and sleepy all the time. Finally, you get what you paid for. But stay away from this place. You would get good service at other places.
One of the most worst hotel I have went no service no manner absolutely nothing but the charges are extremely behalf of facilities.
Do not go by appearances. The hotel looks nice. Thats it. That's all there is to it. The hotel staff was extremely rude. They had no mannerism at all. There was loud music playing all through the night in one of the rooms which was frequented by the manager. And he was drunk nonetheless. Not recommend at all. And especially if u are a lady stay away from this place.
The hotel deny booking via Oyo and moreover horrible locality..... Had to cancel Oyo and directly pay as we did not have time to search for another place..Not worth and rooms is very small, less secured, local people sleeping on road infront of hotel, you .. they even removed Oyo board and kept it aside
First of all, I would like to tell everyone that please ignore the locality. As we all know we can't change the locality or people thinking, All we can do we can change our mindset and thinking. If you're worried about the safety, I would like to tell you don't worry about any physical safety. You're 100% safe and no one can ever pass comment on you it's in North Kolkata and no one have urge to do something beyond their limit. Overall you will mind-blowing service in this property with all the modern amenities and it's couple friendly so don't miss a chance to visit once the guest house. Decent rooms. But geyser was not working in the morning also they refused to provide hot water the reception was also not picking up any calls. Surrounding locality was also not good. Had terrible experience. Not recommended by me.
Rooms are great but area very unsafe and bad. Mamta didi allow these people to misbehave and throw garbage infront of guest house. Mamta didi has destroyed kolkata and bengal. The people eve tease girls and the tmc club nearby is a hideout for goons. The whole street is fill with garbage and slumdogs.
