The rooms there are awesome and the place is on the main road. I used oyo rooms over there. The reception is a bit chaotic. I had to change room 5mins after I was shown my first room. There was no water for the next 1 hour. There was water logging at the bathroom. Other than that it went pretty smooth. The bed and AC is were good.
Sad to experience such a pathetic service and behavior of property owner. After paying for double occupancy they charged me extra saying Oyo charges huge commission and we r not paid enough even after owning property. Friends do value ur money before booking this property. Regret being there. Better for Tuli and Parakh hotel these guys are awesome and have good etiquette.
I am giving a very genuine review of this hotel sheela Oyo 37028. This is the worst hotel of Oyo I have ever visited. The hotel charges was high 2200 for two days. they didn't provide any facility as mentioned by them such as TV WiFi and AC. Even they didn't sanitize anything before my eyes. I was to extend my stay for 6 more hours for which they charged for the whole day. The staff were very much irresponsible and careless. No room service like thing was there in hotel sheela. They didn't even changed bedsheet even once after two days. Room was totally different as shown on website or app, unhygienic and dirty washroom. I think they have all paid up rating ,generally they rate themselves only. Not appropriate to visit here with family so think twice before booking this hotel.
THE ROOM IS GOOD AND BIG..LOTS OF SPACE.SOFA ALL AVAILABLE BUT WASHROOM IS NOT SO CLEAN MAINLY THE COMOOD SYSTERN THEY ARE VERY DIRTY. MOREOVER THERE IS NO FOODING FACILITY AVAILABLE IN HOTEL AND NEARBY YOU WILL NOT GET ANYTHING BESIDE GUPCHUP. YOU HAVE TO.FULLY DEPEND ON ONLINE FOODING SERVICES.. AND STAFF BEHAVIOUR VERY RUDE MAINLY THE RECEPTIONIST.
Costly as double bed non-AC is of 800 rupees. Rooms are not so good. Rigid. Services are not as per standard. You can prefer as no other better option seems to me. There are some good hotels near railway station. This time I am thankful for the Adventurous bath with this Mini Crawler (snake like creature). Thanks to God it was not under my western Toilet sheet in the hotel.
Very bad experience. The receptionist was rude. Linen was dirty. We booked 1 room for 3 person and said them to provide extra pillow nd blanket for the 3rd one, but they didn't provided. Room service was very slow. Sofa was very dirty. The room was full of mosquitoes.
Not good as shown in site.. no facilities , tv in not working condition , fan that makes alot sound. And so much maintanence required .
Says they have hot water facility but it is not. You will get hot water in bucket on ordering. Place is safe to stay. Bedsheets are worn out. Other than tbis my stay was pleasant.
