OYO Flagship 36740 Kohinoor International Lodge - Hotel in Kolkata - Kolkata, India

They are very tourist friendly. I have checked in here for 4 Nights from 'OYO' They deal it in very professional way. But i had noticed one pamphlet sticking on the wall of reception that they don't allow oyo tourist below 1380/- rupees, so if you don't want to face any inconvenience then keep it in mind before check-in. Else there is no problem of anything at all. Wi-fi is up to 100mbps speed.Hot water for bath , soap , towel , body washer everything they'll provide you. Bonus point is you'll get led tv in your room with selected channels but all of tour need like sports , music and news. Aqua water for drinking unlimited totally free. At last in detail this is perfect lodge if you are looking for any near Sealdah railway station with all facilities of transportation to go any where in the city .

Location - Prime in Kolkata - Walking distance from Sealdah Railway Station. But location is very dirty because whole Sealdah area is so dirty and Unhygienic. Cleanliness - Average (not very bad according to surrounding area.) Hygiene - Poor Rooms - Congusted, old fashioned. Washroom - Clean but congusted. Amenities - TV, A/C, Hot water, Fan, Shower in Washrooms, Bathing kit. Food - I didn't tried, because of hygiene issues(Not recommended). Staff behaviour - Good, but not professional. Value for money - Not worth. Recommendation - Please don't book this Guest House via OYO App, because there's so much issues between them. I booked via OYO in Rs549, but hotelir said our minimum price is Rs800, So I cancelled my booking from OYO and asked refund from OYO. Overall experience - Average.

We were a group of 6. Booked the place on Oyo. The hotelier told us that he won't allow us in an AC room for the price when we got there. No proper support from Oyo and the hotelier. Then we had to buy rooms at the rate he told and cancel Oyo booking in front of him. He rescheduled the checkout to 9am. There were no blankets available in one of our rooms. When asked for it, they plainly rejected saying that they don't provide it. Then we had to raise our voices for the same. There are also strict rules at the place. Feels like a hostel.

Pros: 1. Location is so close to Sealdah Railway Station 2. Rooms are neat and clean and rate is cheap 3. Staffs are overall attentive and helpfull 4. UPI payment is accepted Con: The hotel is located in Dimpatty...where egg wholesaling businesses are located...so one will always get foul smell while entry and exiting the hotel

Very bad behaviour. Booked this lodge via oyo app. When we reached there, they said they don't have any dealings with oyo even though oyo tags were hanging here and there in the lodge. Had to go through lots of harassment for around 2 hours. When they gave the room, the room was so small and it was very tough to move around. If you walk, you are sure to hit the wall. Later i found out better big rooms were available at the same price that i paid. Just outside the hotel gate, the whole lane smells like some kind of poultry farm. Didn't know there were so many poultry shops. It was a very bad experience altogether.

Nice and cozy rooms. Nice but okay for couple stay. Just nearby sealdah station by walk it's juat 15 minutes so very comfortable and relaxing stay I experienced here. Washroom is clean and beds and other things are good too. I'm happy to find a lodge within my budget stay just nearby sealdah railway station. Thanks

They are fantastic , I had booked room there from OYO but when i checked in they don't have sIngle bed room so they gave me double bed room . Fre Wifi , free aqua water , everything is up to date, One thing i had noticed is on reception it's written that they don't accept bookings from oyo under 1380/- so beware. Else everything is fine

This lodge would suit those who would like a serene, and cozy ambience,away from the hustle and bustle of adjoining Sealdah. Moreover, this would also attract those who are looking for a decent and secure place to stay with family, Courteous staff, timely and efficient services, vigil on maintenance of cleanliness, strict adherence to COVID safety protocol, among others- all add to the value of this lodge. Undoubtedly this place does justice to the elegance of its name "Kohinoor". Last but not the least, this is pocket friendly too.
