OYO Flagship 366 Salt Lake City Centre - Hotel in Kolkata - 24 Paraganas North, India

Racist staff wouldn't allow us to stay here because of the colour of our skin, and we were spoken to in an awful manner, all the 5 star reviews are written by hotel worker avoid at all cost, rats running around the reception area

PLEASE DO NOT PREFER GOING HERE..This hotel is completely fraud.. There are so many incidents to it. 1.Even after doing online payment they asked full amount in cash.. 2.they even asked higher prices than that was showing to us in the app.. 3.we ordered lunch they also charged higher price than the menu 4.they are not going to provide change for e.g if ur bill amt is 1250 and u will give 1300 they r not going to refund that 50 rs at any cost 5. Lastly after so many attempts they did not give us any receipt or invoice which we needed to talk with oyo.

I booked the room at rs 765. When I reached at hotel he denied to check in he asked me for another 935 rupees before check in. When I connect with OYO team for the same they told me that you booked the room on discount offer so it will not be cancelled. If you want we will make a new booking for which we charge 3100 if you are agree with this your 765 rs will be refunded It's pathetic response from OYO and hotel

I booked 5 rooms . Cupboards are dirty .No towel given . after calling so many times After 5-6 hours they provided towel. Beds are too hard. ac was not serviced and no remote was available. But Good amd clean Hotel.

nice. mostly staff's behaviour is really good. and others things also quite good. cook system item could be a little bit better. overall i will rate 8 out of 10. thank you

Worst experience ever, first of all the charges that they show in Oyo app are not the same when u arrive for check in... The rooms are not exact as shown in the images. The door knob was not working. The basin water was overflowing from the exhaust pipe. The WiFi had no Internet. Neither have I got my refund for the advance payment I had made for the other day.

Charged extra money and took pictures on personal inspite of giving I'ds and the was not worth of 1300. They have charged me the double amount that was shown on the app . The blanket was dirty there were stain in blankets, floor were having burnt marks, ac was broken

They Cancelled my booking saying that they don't accept payment through Oyo app. I had pay the whole amount without staying in the hotel.Oyo refuses to give me refund. Really very poor survice and customer support. Really disappointed with the service. Please give me refund.
