One of the worst places to stay. Very bad rooms and toilet. They definitely don't know the meaning of hygiene. No maintenance and We could see insects in the bedroom. No water to take bath and to use toilets. Even after requesting they didn't provide us seperate room instead they provided the washroom which was used by staff. Please do not book this place and don't ever visit with kids.

One of the worst stay I have ever had. Paid 1100 for one night. Room was smelling. Bedsheet linen was dirty, it seems to be used by other person. Bathroom was big, with no water coming. I had to take my bucket to common bathroom for bathing and getting fresh They didn't provided towel as well. They gave bucket when I asked. There was one service boy from Assam or odisa who was very gentle and helpful. He only helped us to get the things done. But he as also helpless. We complained to property owner, but she completely ignored as money was already paid to her. Do not stay in this hotel.

Unclean rooms and dirty bedding. Highly unprofessional staff with rude behavior. The price is very high to their level of maintenance. They will show tactically two types of prices with and without GST. Obviously we will choose without GST. But still shows high price to their level. No proper assistance and highly NOT recommended if you go with family.

Unbearable experience, noisy guests till 4 am. No water supply to the toilets, when asked the caretaker , rude reply and argument with us. Rooms not suitable for family and I will not recommend this place to any one, especially don't bring family to this place.

Awesome place! In between coimbatore and Isha foundation. Super staff! Really great staff! Helped me with anything I needed! Words can't describe how at home I felt!

Not much good rooms but high price, taps not working in bathroom handfaucet not working,not much clean. Totally disappointed but no other rooms near to this in this price

One of the worst experience we had we had booked 4 rooms for 4 days firstly asked for GST bill and they aggried but later they are asking me to pay the total bill amount before the day we vacate and they are saying next only they will providr the bill and withoutbour knowledge they are shifting our room for someone else, I beg each and everyone please don't ever come and stay neatness i was suppose to give 0 but here is no option thats why im giving 1 same fir service the manager he will keepon disturbing you and will keep on asking money before we vacate if u pay advance also the same he do.

As i had an sudden plan visiting maruthamalai with family (6 adult+4kids)on sunday & confirmed their residency via mobile on Saturday by 7.30pm for an family room. they accept my request & we started from conoor & reached 10.30 pm, at last reaching the destination, they daringly saying rooms not available & been booked by others which they replied in WhatsApp & our bad time we haven't saw their msg & struggled a lot getting rooms & finally received an room in shri Krishna inn around 11.45 pm, here i mention about their money making mind & prefers who ever affords more even if there situation is more worse in humanity. Also there way of interrogation with guest is ruthless talk. kind advise for all guest before booking, read about there reviews & proceed further.
