Actually i was regular to this hotel ..the receiption staff ramesh has miss jugered me and he and this Oyo has really lost my trust sooo guys ..being experienced by the hotel my suggestion was don't visit to this Oyo ... If you want blamed by the staff you can goo.. hotels are none for hospitality and service ...this Oyo was soo bad at that and un professionaled staff...
They are scammers....Booked 2 rooms via oyo and during checkin, they just denied that by ststing that oyo is a fraud and asked us to pay again for rooms. I can share complete telephonic experience but yhe platform is not suited for this..... Beware!!
Worst experience. I reached in night at 10:00pm to hotel with OYO booking. The person, so called manager was not good person. Told all room are full. If ask for the oyo booking, no proper reply given by him. Stupid person. Not ready to speak a single word busy in playing game on mobile. Done with Heavy argument and came for fighting. Not ready to give hotel manager number. Telling like "Jo karna he wo karo". So worst experience.
The experience was good and the hotel staff were also god. The rooms were clean. The hotel is in the center of the city. However the locality is pretty old and one might feel, seeing the nearby buildings that they are ruins.
Booked through AGODA.but not given room,bcoz of low fare (as per staff).even not informed telephonically.be care ful if you are booking online.you have suffer.its first & worst experience.even they informed 1hrvbefore,I will plan accordingly..staff telling,they don't inform after 9am.if you book 10am,then you are out.they don't call.your money gone.if they call for 1 minute,it will help alot.bad experience.dont trust Agoda & Oyo,you will suffer.
We booked a room through Agoda. When we went there, the reception guy rudely said they're not accepting bookings from any other site except oyo. He wasn't even polite. Check before you go here
i stayed 3 days with my family.it's very nice hotel .best for families . maintenance was good. clean and neat rooms.value for money.dont believe fake reviews . staff are very cooperative. very supportive staff.safe for families.
Had an amazing stay. Staff is wonderful and cooperative. Cleanliness is up to the mark. Though the Hotel lacks a in house restaurant the area is filled with online delivery option. 100% recommend.
