OYO Flagship 30762 Vivanna Phoenix Tower - Hotel in Surat - Surat, India

I visited Surat for work with my husband. This place is very close to the airport and the location is great. The hotel room was clean (both room and washroom). We reached early and the hotel gave us an early check-in at 10 a.m. The poha served in breakfast was also decent. In short it is great for people travelling for work. It is also safe if you are travelling with family owing to its location which has lots of stores (departmental/restaurant/shopping outlets) and also the staff was co-operative and polite. Definitely worth the price (booked it via mmt as my previous experiences with OYO were not good).

Hotel is very Good near to airport just 5.5 km. Room are small but neat and clean Staff is very coprative. Restaurant and street food both are available near the hotel on walking distances. Departmental stores and bakery shop are in same complex.

I stayed at this place from Tuesday evening to Wednesday morning. To be frank this was not at all good experience. The place is inside a mall which was incomplete. We had continuous drilling sound which started at 9 in the morning until I had to get out. Coming to the room. The room was exceptionally bad. The geyser was not working, walls a bit dirty and thin because I could hear people talking from the next room. No complimentary breakfast which I didn't expect. Room service not up to the mark as well. I had to ask for the towels at least for 3-4 times, until I got one. TV has hardly 10 channels to watch. Overall: A real bad experience. Could have been a lot better if small things were considered by the management instead of making us sign on a dozen places before we check in the room.

Good level Rooms and bed adjustment. One thing which can improve your service and identity is your 'Reception Desk'. Which must be in distance from the door and stairs. And one advice to Provide Towels in advanced. Also notice that warm water can work properly, it'll be the first priority in Winter. -THANK YOU-

Booking ID GWCM2895 # I happen to book a room at this hotel on 27th Nov 2019. Eventhough I booked the room from previous day, I came for check in at the hotel on the next day early morning, I was informed by the front office that there were no rooms available even though I have a valid booking. For late check in I will have to pay 30% extra which I declined and threatened to inform OYO and they duly withdrew that charge. They gave me a room with no lock, fully soiled bed and filthy bathroom. Even the staff was not freindly, they even didnt have a bath towel in stock. Pathetic service, they dont deserve to be in this business.

This is one of the most HORRIBLE OYOs I have visited so far. This hotel deals in providing teenage couples (probably juveniles) rooms at hourly basis. While waiting in the reception for half an hour I saw at least 4 such cases. Precisely why you can't expect hospitality from the staff, they're least bothered about the actual Travellers as they're minting money through racket. Added a photo of the guy in reception openly bargaining with teens.

Very poor and very ametuer experience. Staff are not well trained. Services are super slow. It took 30 mins to serve a bottle of water and breakfast had to be cancelled because it took too long. Check in amd check out process is very laid back.

Sad hotel with no amenities. The bed mattress is hard and the food atrocious. Not worth even writing about this place. Better to avoid.
