OYO Flagship 30727 Rushikonda - Hotel in Visakhapatnam - Visakhapatanam, India

Horrible experience!! The rooms are small and dusty. No proper response from staff. And to my horror, the washroom door has a good growth of mushrooms on it!! They won't provide any toiletries too. Apparently we're supposed to use the old smelly pump bottles in the washroom which are not refilled and filled with dirty water. I'm never going to book anything without checking the reviews from now on! Add on : horrible breakfast! And not on time too.

Service is very poor. The staffs didn't provide us drinking water and morning tea after repeated requests. There was no lighting system at the main entrance. Room conditions were good but it was never cleaned during our stay at this hotel. There was a notice board inside the hotel displaying that no outside food were allowed inside the hotel premises. However, there was no provision of food inside the hotel. Not only that, no good restaurant or food shop were located nearer to this hotel. Alcohol was strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises. However, we found plenty of beer bottles, whiskey bottles and packets of outside food spreaded throughout the room. Therefore, we are very disappointed.

Recently we have booked 2 A/C rooms from Oyo and it was really horrible experience for us and we ended up with no choice to stay as we haven't kept any backup hotel rooms. First of all the premises are too far from the city especially if you are an tourist and want to cover all the places. Staff/Receptionist is not even resposible and doesn't care about the customer. Rooms are very dirty and not at all recommended for families to stay as we have found alcohol bottles in every corner and not at all clean. As we have stayed 2 days we haven't seen any house keeping for room service ( not even done basic cleaning - sweap or mopping) forgot about changing of bed sheets. Food is very costly and they will get it from another hotel with high price. We found it is worthless and I would like to strongly recommend you to not opt even if it less price compare with other hotels.

Not suitable for family stay. Rooms are shabby, no maintenance, cleaning or room service. Other undesirable activities happening in the property! Most definitely not suitable for family, room locks were broken, toilet was very dirty, there were spider webs in the room, the TV cable was not working... the list is long.. stay away!

For this hotel u guys said that for unmarried couple are always welcome with local I'd cards... That's all gud k.......... But u guys said that they will be no problem with police persons.. N u oyo said that there is no right for police check in oyo hotel....... But wts the matter is in oyo 30727 police officers are checking daily if they saw any unmarried couple they are taking to police station n that hotel staff also saying that police ride is gng on everyday than y u oyo customer care is saying lies n u guys making prob for unmarried couples life don't play ok

Service is poor.Morning Tea is not served after repeated requests.Evening tea is also not provided as per booking policy.Room Service is poor.We have to shift room in the night because power is not in the room and reception is not aware of the situation. AC is not working properly. The location is thirty minutes walking distance from Rushiikonda beach.

It's actually better than worst. That is how it can be explained. Compare to room price, it was not cleaned at all. Bathroom was the worst. Security was major concerned as well.
