Definitely very worst experience I have ever felt upto now in this hotel....please if you are couple then don't go for it!
Better options are available,room servicing isn't done ,toiletries aren't provided on time, washrooms are very filthy. Only location is a plus point
Worst stay of my life.
They charged extra money in the name of tariff after booking from Oyo and threatened to cancel the booking without even paying the cancellation charges.
The ac was not working even when we booked an ac room.
The staffs were very rude and arrogant.
No complementary service such as water, soap, shampoo etc provided.
I booked a room for single person. I had paid it earlier before reaching to hotel. Hotel staff asked to see the booking amount. Though booking amount was little less Rs. 644. But it was not due to me . It showed only this much to pay now so paid. Hotel staff provided me a very poor single room with least facility. I had to wait for more than 5 hours to be shifted to another room. I was very disappointed and felt cheated. It was the worst experience.
Good hotel for transit as the location is close to railway station
Most third class place to stay, I will never recommend any one to go to this place, when I book the place through oyo, they fixed a price for me, but when I reach there The manager said that only 2 room for allot for me , but I booked for 6 rooms, after that I pay more money for only one night and adjust with my family members and friend with 3 rooms instead 6 rooms,
They have no room service, No cable connection, no strong WiFi , bathrooms are very bad, so many mosquitoes, they didn't provide any mosquito oil, insted of that they give me some mosquito coils,
So, please guys avoid the place to stey
Booked this hotel through OYO months earlier. Denied check in.. Worst behavior of staff. Don't ever recommend this hotel.
Seriously, not a value for money hotel especially the bathrooms are really in poor quality. A single bedroom set starts from around Rs. 1250/- here which is actually on the expensive side considering the quality they are providing.
The staff are not punctual to be honest and their behaviour is also below average seems like they don't wanna work even.
Atlast, I would like conclude by giving you a small tip that you should not consider this hotel as there are better alternatives available.

Beatiful historic hotel. The staff are attentive and helpful. The food is good and plentiful. My bedroom was on the roof which was exciting and gave easy access to fantastic views across tge city to the Ganges. I enjoyed my stay here very much.
