I reached the Hotel at 3.40 pm and my room wasn't ready. I was made to wait for half an hour. Moreover on requesting a room away from traffic they didn't heed my request. I can't sleep at all in noise. The staff is typical unhospitable staff who can't understand hospitality.
Edit 1: They have hassled me for ID card 2 times till now.
Edit 2: They hassled us for food bill which we didn't order. On realising their mistake they said it was for previous patrons. Are we supposed to pay bills for everyone who has stayed in the room?
It was my first tym i went to any hotel. It was really nice experience for me. I went there with my partner ,no disturbance, no silly questions as i was afraid of what they will think about us but believe me there was no any question regarding you and your partner. They only want id of both and age should be 18+ that's it. It was good that we choose this hotel ,but still you have to be extra aware when you are going with your partner specially unmarried couples check the room carefull any hidden cameras n all otherwise i think most of the hotel associated with oyo is safe.
Loved it. Either it's staff, room or service all are good enough. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed & working AC. One thing to complain about is stinky washroom,that necessarily need a freshener. But overall satisfied visitor and its plus point is its location. One of the major location of Patna-dakbunglow choraha and easy to commute from either railway station, airport or bus stand.
I booked room through Oyo .I satisfied with Oyo facilities .at the time of check-in they take time due to technical problem there tablet are not working so it's oke. Reception counter they behave very well withous .
Now let's talk about room& washroom it's also nice and clean . washroom kit are present in washroom .tawale is there .
Now come to breakfast so there no more options but puri and aalu-chana is gud with aachar and tea is just decent teast not so much gud and last let's talk about room Safety so I feel safe and no one can distrub us

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY the posted camera pics. On the top everything looks good and ok . Once you remove the top layer you will notice the problems. Problems noticed by me: 1. Unclean , not properly washed bed sheets . Spots were visible and a faint old smell was there. 2. The light above headboard had not been dusted atleast for a month and the dust was sitting on the lampshade visibly. 3. One shabby quality towel , no hand towels . 4. Shabby quality soaps fixed on shabby quality fixtures . 5. Overall cleanliness was not a problem but everything was shabby .. the bedsheets were definitely washed but unclean still . 6. Furnitures were again shabby , a coat of paint would have been desirable. 7. No hair dryer, no electric kettle ( I am used to these basic things nowadays) 8. Food was ok , breakfast was not upto my expectations. Even basic breakfast of paratha and curd tastes good if made properly and is hot. Curd was watery and sugar was added to it( I don't like sugar in my curd)9. Basically an upgraded "Dharamshala" kind of effect all over.
Now if I have to keep asking to change or improve everything the very purpose of choosing the hotel gets defeated !!! Who has time to keep cribbing over each thing !! If I have come for work or vacation, I cannot waste time cribbing for every little thing!!!! And then breakfast is not served before 9 am !!!!

Staffs were very dull. They looks like no mood to serve you.
No parking facility in front. Never go there for any party. Rate is very high and it's not based on item; it is based on location.
Worst Hotel I have stayed in my life. No higene, no maintenance. What ever you ask in food , you have to pay at the time of room delivery. No card payment, advance payment you have to make before check in at counter. Charged 3652.00 for 2 days but OYO sent me bill of Rs. 2800.00+. What is this? What I will claim from company? ?

Pathetic hotel!! untrained and unprofessional staff, my 1 day stay at this hotel was regrettable, they don't have a parking space and tells u to park your vehicle at railway station ( which is 2 kms apart) , reception counter is dirty and smelly , no one is ready to take responsibility for any thing , lift is of old era which do not function s properly , no 1 will pick up calls at room service/laundary/reception ,and every time you have to come down to order any thing , light went of for good 2 hours I.e 0230h-0430h and room became hot and sweaty in month of june,no 1 responded to repair it, no 1 picked call at reception and it took half hour to find some1 to look into it ,then they took another 2 hour to repair it , mean while they do not alloted us any other room to sleep and forced us to wait for more then 2 hours and spoiled our entire night , now their ao called complimentary breakfast is again a pathetic experience they buy roadside aalo ka paratha and watery curd and pickle and serve u ,they don't have a cook house so u can't get any thing hot and good ,HIGHLY RECOMMENDED NOT TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL AND OYO MAY UNRECOGNIZE THIS HOTEL
