OYO Flagship 28065 Anmol Plaza - Hotel in Varanasi, Kerakatpur - Varanasi, India

This is worst room, both Oyo ans the owner will cheat you, will ask for money on everything. The washroom is so bad that you will vomit as you enter and nothing will work, they don't even provide soap or anything. If you enter the room you will feel like vomiting , and if you have paid already not a single rupee will be refunded. It is so bad. Avoid at all cost

The management is not at all interested in managing the place.. no electrical appliance (television,geyser,air conditioning,even one of the lights) worked. Even the bathroom water was empty at times. There was no telephone even so I had to go to the reception (3 floors below) personally for anything. We had to buy water bottles from the market as the hotel was unreliable..

I have been in India for as almost one month. Based on all of the properties I have visited, this one should be condemned, torn down and replaced. There is no roof on parts of it making the stairwell a danger to navigate when it rains. The lobby, stairwell and hallways are flooded with rain water. Discarded plates and other debris litter the hallways and stairs. The front desk is inept and unprofessional. Getting a towel and toilet paper should not be a hardship on this propertry, but apparently it is. The bedding doesn't smell fresh. I feel like they should be paying me for risking my life in the decay.

Located far off from the city. No cab availability very difficult to book Uber and Ola. Water given in the room is tap water. No generator backup for AC. Morning 7 am there was no water in the taps. No lift and need to take stairs to climb 3 floors. Won't suggest booking this place at all. The place seems so shady.

Very bad experience. We booked 5 rooms and paid online, but after arrival he refused to give room.at last we informed to police. Then police came and helped us. Very arrogant manager. I dont prefer this hotel to any one. there should be 0 star rating for this kind of hotel. It is so far from the main street. Tv and geyser were not working.

Staff behaviour is good but services are very bad. The taste of cold coffee is disgusting. They served a cold coffee Rs.100 but that was not a cold coffee only the cold milk and nominal coffee powder and the taste was disgusting. Believe me you may never drink that cold coffee.

Good place to be with everything well managed,nice location and most importantly a lot of parking space is there so i had no any trouble in parking my car.

Room are proper and staff are well behaved but they charge for everything if you order from outside and at a high distance from Railway Station
