GOOD staff, rooms are very neat and clean. Room service was bit okayish. I did not get breakfast at 8:30 Am for 2 days. You need to order breakfast at 7AM only. Same case with dinner too. if you order at 9pm or so, you wont get anything.
Please lookout for other options if possible, as this was my worst OYO experience. The entrance of the hotel begins with scary staircase. Sad place if you have knee problem. There are no lights at the entrance of the hotel - outside or the entrance staircase. Dogs sit in the entrance to make sure you don't feel welcome in darkness. The rooms are very dirty, floor never mopped, fan is loaded with dust, cupboards never dusted, bathroom and main door are not oiled & make noise. Mice running around, (damaged my bag) Bathroom floor and sink is extremely dirty with old stains. I had to move out in one day by cancelling my 7 day booking. Overall, worst Oyo maintained hotel.
I stayed in oyo 27926 for one night but witnessed a lot of problems. Townhouse location is good but oyo didn't follow covid Norms no mask. No sanitisation by staff , they didnot changed bed and Covers too. On our visit charged 30% for early check-in but didnot gave any receipt for it. At time of checkout manager repeatedly asked to give good rating in front of them . Totally disappointed by oyo
Everything is good. There staff is very supportive and without any disturbens I stay there. I am at there more then 24 hours but I don't feel alone. And room is very clean and everything is available in room.. I am past time like home. Thank u oyo.
Poor maintenance ,dirty bedsheets ,no room service , even the tea I ordered very cold . And the hospitality is very bad ,the person who is seating on the reception is ill mannerd .never will recommend for couple . Whole night there is noise in the galary .no sound proof room ,no towel ,no Oyo toiletries.very bad experience.

Decent rooms with decent price if you are getting room for 500-700 then it's a nice place. Recommend for couple's, they allow outside food.
