Can stay for smaller visits in the city. Found no hot water. AC is not working wel but can manage with ceiling fan.
I was denied room saying all are full. I showed the booking confirmation but they said they were not taking online bookings. It took 1.5 hrs for me to find another alternative in that night. Was given a number to contact but that number is not working. Pathetic. Still waiting for my refund. Would appreciate if u call me my mobile and sort out the issue

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L). They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.I had a wonderful experience at the (HN). Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful
staff were very approachable and helpful. The breakfast was good. They arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport and then back again at the end of our stay. The suite was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. We would definitely stay here again.
I will not suggest this room at all .. full of cockroaches during night and smell is very bad in the night .. washrooms are untidy ... the beds are very very old we couldn't not sleep at all .. we booked for 3 days and vacated in one day.. specially the day time receptionist is very rude .. he don't care even if we complaint..
