OYO Flagship 26817 Gks Residency - Hotel in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

My recent hotel stay was nothing short of a calamity. Every corner seemed to harbor a malfunction, from the erratic lights to the air conditioning on the fritz. Cleanliness was a distant memory - I've seen tidier dumpsters. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. And as if the sorry state of affairs wasn't enough, the astronomical price I paid was downright laughable. It's as if they charged a fortune for the dubious honor of enduring a night in what felt like a hospitality horror story. Spare your wallet and your peace of mind; find better lodging elsewhere.

One of my worst experiences, paint was falling off the walls, The toilets weren't so clean and the room smelled of cigarettes and alcohol it was horrible i couldn't even stay in there for 1 whole day , just shifted to another hotel nearby

Worst experience, denied rooms even though i have pre booked. Finally I had move to different hotel. Just waste of money.

Very very disappointed!! We booked two rooms and both of them had such a strong stench of cigarettes!! There even was a stash of used cigarettes at the end of the hallway!! The rooms aren't as clean as shown in the picture. The AC was very bad, we left it on for the whole day so that the room gets cold but to no avail, the AC sucked here and the fan wasn't even giving any cool air!! Only one of the room's bathroom had a faucet and the other one didn't have it...taps are always leaking and both rooms were dirty!! Not the hotel's fault but night was horrible with people screaming and talking soooo loudly!! Furniture moving noises and just a very noisy night!! Staffs were polite, wifi was also okay and there was good hot water facility... that's the only positive point I experienced!! We tried to be out of the hotel the whole day and came back very late... overall just a 3.5/10!!

This is the worst hotel I have stayed till now. The shower tap was removed, toilet seat was dirty, some electrical switches don't work properly, toilet tap was leaking water. And after all of this they will charge the full money, even they charge for water 5/- more than the MRP citing the reason that they dont have good drinking water. I was given a room on the fourth floor and the lift was not working, and it looks like they did not have any intention to fix lift.

Very bad experience. Receptionist is very bad in nature. Room is dirty. Bathroom is like public toilet. One fan is there but it's not working properly. Within this price you will get better room anywhere. Don't go for this

1. Water was not free, we just wanted 1 bottle and they charged us, Matress was pretty bad, room was descent according to the price. 2. They were forcing us to review it a 5 star but when we denied to review, they became very aggressive.

Rooms are unhygienic,Cockroaches and bed bugs are all around the places, its not even worth for 200rs to stay in this place, u will get nightmare if u stay in this hotel, Rude receptionist they will ask for extra money if u refuse to give they will not give u the room and tell to cancel the room and call the oyo customer care and talk to them. Please avoid visiting this hotel.
