Decent hotel. Cheap prices and the rooms are neat and tidy, albeit small. Fully equipped with everything one would need and well maintained. Good location due to proximity to secunderabad railway station. But hotel is located in a messy and claustrophobic locality. Beware, the hotel is present on first floor yet there is no elevator to it.
Basically it's the cheapest non A/c I could find in that paradise circle area, rooms are just enough for maximum 2 people. I being solo have right amount of space. Now coming to features of this hotel.
-Room---> Just okay
-Bed---> not very small no very big but the mattress must be changed as it was so hard.
-Bedsheet and comforter---> clean, without smell and with little dirt marks here and there on comforter.
-Water, soap and towel were given.
I didn't need any service so I can't say about courtesy of the staff there.
- Walkway/Lobby for reception to the room was also clean and tidy
Loud noises of traffic, people and music playing in other rooms are a nuisance there for early sleepers.
All in all it's 3/5 for budget solo travellers.
Very bad service, no facility of hot water most of the time, staff are rudely behaved & don't care about customers complaints, owners are never seen at desk, this hotel is so poor that they don't even have an extra bucket to provide extra hot water, staff aren't bother to listen to your request and pretend as if they haven't listen to you & also lie to the customer that I already told you we don't have this and that...owner doesn't care about the reputation of his hotel at all!!! Never take a stay in this PATHETIC WORSE Hotel...they will make your trip a HELL! Also COCOKAROACHES are seen in both bathroom & living room so seriously avoid this hotel is you're afraid of cocokroaches! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!
The rooms are good, but the locality isn't that great. The first floor doesn't have a lift option. Rest all was fine. The hotel is well maintained, great staff.
Every time I book hotel in OYO, I hope for decent stay but every time they are proving how worst they're. Dirty rooms, bad service and Worst part of this particular OYO is they took our mobile, opened OYO app and they themselves gave 5star rating for the stay.
No hot water...tv was not working, wifi was slow...the street looks a little shady as well...plus point is, it is closer to the main road and paradise biryani is in the next street

Wrost Experience with this hotel, foul smell from all the rooms, no house keeping. Un washed blanket, dripping pipes. Believe that the property is closed forever.
It's an ecotel hotel in Secunderabad . The entrance is decent with plenty parking space . The rooms are spacious with all the basic amenities like mini fridge , work travel with chair , a lounge sofa with footrest . There was plenty of space to move
