OYO Flagship 26714 Sri Balaji - Hotel in Coimbatore - Coimbatore, India

Rooms not clean. Definitely not recommended for family. Found condom covers in cupboards. Their will be no welcome kits. Only North Indians available for service. Their is communication gaps as well. Think twice before booking

Not worth the money. Paid 1200/- for 6hours. The rooms should maximum cost 800rs for the type of service and the room or was. No designated car parking,. Location is the only positive point of the room. Rest are all 1 star. For 1200/- I had an amazing room in Ooty whereas this is just worst. The bedsheets were dirty with lip stick/nail paint mark I believe! Bedsheet and the bed was stinking of sweat or something not sure. With 1200/- charge no Towel/Soap were provided which is just awful for the money that has been paid.

Worst customer service. I booked a hotel for my relatives previous one day before the function. but the receptionist declined my I'd proof he is asking only who is gonna stay their I'd is important. Hotel located in cheran nagar. Very close to the mettupalayam road . But they don't know TAMIL all the workers is North Indian so too risk to communicate. And rooms are not worth for 1200rs.

Bad experience in this OYO. To be honest , this should need to take out from OYO booking as this rooms are not upto mark. In OYO the have mentioned as Soldout at cost of 600 for 1 Room 2 Adults ,But when we came here to check the said we have room with cost of 1200. I don't like this and for name sage we can stay here for getting refresh.

We stayed here for 2 days, first location given on the map is not accurate, we reached there at evening and the staff behaviour is not good. They have not helped to take the luggage to room. Cleanlibess is average and the bed spread is not clean in all rooms. We tool 3 rooms and in one room heater is not working. Not provide the drinking water on time, delay in delivering toiletries. The same is located road side, you can park bike and car on road side. Overall a bad experience from the stay.

I had a very bad experience in this hotel because the hotel management is doing very cheap activity. I thought the hotel price was low and I trusted the google review but the hotel without security for women...no safe for newly married couples.. family...no safe for money or gold any things and your private security not there... worst staffs

Worst hotel ive stayed in OYO Flagship 26714 Sri Balaji Castle in Coimbatore located in CheranNagar. - No safety deposit boxes in rooms. - Hot water constantly running out. - No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the loo. - Beds were extremely uncomfortable, fully dust. -A/C also not working if u are paying some amount atleast it should be working but here only a/c switch on no cooling nothing - Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. - Bed sheets were filled with dust when we asked (the owner) if we could have them changed he replied "well the cleaner has finished whos going to do it? I could go on but im not going to waste any more time. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such not proper response from receptionist However if you are more the adventurous type, care about cleanliness, like to eat out and explore the places without feeling youre being monitored DO NOT STAY. Also I took some pictures inside the hotel because of not only for its problem happened for me even those people planning book a hotel dont go through online booking site images they are fooling us thatsol if your are paying some amount for Room must be valuable

The staff working over here is good. They give complementary breakfast and take good care of customers. Only problem is, if your from outer state than it will be difficult to eloborate them about your needs
