Good infrastructure, but the rooms aren't neat. Even the bedsheets aren't neat. Bathroom is good, but wasn't cleaned. Food from there is totally useless. Half cooked idiyappam and half cooked potato curry isn't worth Rs100. Better rely any other hotel to have good food. Overall, the package wasn't a good deal for us.

On the good side, it's on main road easily accessible and enough parking. Easy check in and check out. Neat bathroom as well with hot water. On the other side room is average damped with moisture. Middle of the night wondered where the mosquitoes came from and then found a broken window. Linen is not cleaned well. Found short and long hairs in the bed. White Shower towel is a decade old now it's yellowish. Never use the red pillow it's without a pillow cover and hence never washed and with unpleasant an smell.

Not very good! Cons: 1. The outside view is amazing. But for the rooms provided to us, it was really difficult for an avg. height person to reach to the height of the window. The windows are placed really high. 2. The bathroom door was not closing properly. Probably a hinge problem! 3. During check in there was also issues. The staffs weren't providing us the keys of the room for an unknown reason. Maybe those rooms were not ready yet! 4. The interior was good. But they didn't provide any hanger or something so that we can hang our used clothes. Pretty weird! Conclusion: If you are going to stay for 1-2 nights, then only consider staying. If not, then plz dont waste your money!

Good pricing with adequate facilities. Will also get complementary breakfast. Bathrooms can be little more spacious compared to other oyo rooms. The floors were cleaned at the time(may be due tosudden booking) and was sticky till checkout

Best to avoid. I stayed here last weekend. It was a double room, the room was very smelly and had stuffy, foul air. The ac remote was not working, and i had to use my Mi phoe app to make it work. the bed linen was used and little dirty

Hospitality of the staffs were remarkable and rooms were clean and tidy. But it was too indecent to provide a leaking bathroom and a TV which did not have malayalam channels (didnt go through other channels either). My room was 202D.

Very poor quality of service. Have to wait for more than 1 hour at midnight to get the room. Didn't provide wifi password. Toilet was unclean. Leakage of sink. No plug point to charge ur phone.No towels provided.Tv was not working didn't had any setup box.

It is an old hotel. Lift is not properly working. Don't have securities. Parking space is conjusted. They have underground parking but that is not properly maintained and the way to that parking is bad. I have got complimentary breakfast but the food is very bad. The room is Ok but not good. Not painted and cleaned very well. AC is working. The plugs vere damaged. The toiletries provided are body wash, hand wash and body lotion and it was filled up in some old bottles which is fixed in the bathroom. The only plus point I have got is that ll get hot water in the bathroom for 24 hrs. But the waste water pipe in the bathroom is blocked and the water will clear only after some time when we took bath. Towels provided are not clean.
