We visited the hotel in the month of July, we had 4 visitors and booked 2 rooms, we had an early arrival for which we did not inform them before, but as we reached there they told us to wait for 15 mins and prepared a room for us. This was a good service from and the rooms were perfect in that price range. But there were problems as well like they didn't allow food from swiggy and other websites which they informed us early (and there are very less restaurants nearby) which created a problem, if its resolved then it is one of the best place to live in Kolkata

I booked by Make My Trip and when i reached they said , they didn't accept online payment and booking. I called Make my trip to arrange for a different hotel. It was in the night so i have opened options but things can be difficult if it's night and if they said this we all lot of them dont book the this hotel and the manager said it one night stand what will do very unprofessional staff iam some poc said don't book this hotel

Yes , it is worth the price. Room is spacious and beds are good.even toilets are also best with hot water and 24hrs water supply. For a middle class family and moderate expenditure you can go for this .
Awesome hotel. The behaviour of hotel manager and other staffs are very gentle. I will say that if anyone want to stay at hotel near Rajarhat,Kolkata,you can come at this hotel. I am posting some pics of my room.
