OYO Flagship 23992 Sunrize Hotel - Hotel in Delhi - North West, India

Don't book this hotel. I booked for 4 night. My room was on 3rd floor. Except first day, lift was not working at all. Receptionist had a very rude behaviour. I gave her full amount deposit on check in. After that, some changes in my plan. I need to leave in 3 days. I asked her about the refund of pending amount on 2nd day and you can take booking charge like 25 or 50 % . She was OK with that and did not told me anything else. After the checkout. Her tone has been changed and refused to refund the pending amount.

Rooms are decent I would have rated them Zero on service had I been an option We stayed in a group of around 10 people for a marriage function These guys are very reluctant in providing any service We had to shell out a tip of almost Rs800 to get some basic help They do not have a kitchen. We got food from outside. No cutlery. We had to get disposables too. We had to request repeatedly to get the food warmed up despite giving such hefty tips. Even after this they warmed up only a couple of dishes and then simply denied We were in a group and hence supported each other

In third floor, we booked a single room which have double bed, but ac was not working correctly, I mean it was too hot, it didn't cool the room, we paid a lot to this room almost a double price as compared to si gle bed room, and what we got, a big room where ac was supposed to be worked but it didn't, as well when you entered Into the washroom, you felt the how much humidity there & how much it was hot. I think they must have changed the ac capacity maybe, it would be better if ac would be 1.5 - 2 ton. Also there was no remote for controlling the ac So yeah, disappointed!!! Paying double and got humidity

Nice service and maintained rooms Plenty of parking available. NFC and Cash both accepted. Clean rooms and enough space. Can be booked online easily. Most of the time rooms are available. Can be used as stay for baraat or relatives during function. Location is good. Lounge area is small but enough for the regluar walkins. Food is good but cant say best.Overall a good stay at decent price and recommended for stays.

Number 1 frauds they don't take online booking only and in case if you book through oyo Or other website they won't let you in or ask you to pay additional 2000

Had the worst experience ever. The rooms were not cleaned, bathroom choked, rooms smelly, dirty bedsheets and no service. We had booked 15 rooms for a wedding and we were shocked by the kind of service we received. The staff were rude not at all helpful and had only 2 guys to take care of room service who were juggling between 2 floors even when all the 15 rooms were prebooked over a month back. When we complained about the non working light in the room they told us that they will call the company guy to replace the bulb. If you looking for a v cheap budget stay for a night or less, you might take the risk of booking here. One of our guest even found a centipede under their bed and one of the rooms ceiling was leaking. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE PAID A V HEAVY PRICE. Btw, do not remove your footwear inside the room or else your legs will get super dirty.

This hotel and its staff does not deserve even 1 star, Minus rating is what i prefer for them. very unethical, zero support, zero courtesy, and very poor service and amenities. its more than a month since i have been chasing them for one of my Identity proof that i forgot while check out. They don't respond properly. Hell with this hotel and its staff. better to choose foot-path to spend 1 night rather this hotel. never prefer this

Sunrize hotel is what I chose for my husband - twice! So one can imagine that we definitely liked the services. The price could seen a little expensive for the room quality but the staff, the breakfast, and everything else is worth appreciation. We booked it twice, and wouldn't hesitate to book it thrice !
