OYO Flagship 23207 Hotel Raj Shree - Hotel in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

This was my worst experience with any hotel and Oyo. I have visited so many places but didn't feel like this. First of all when we are going to check in a problem arise with money that, they asked to Pay the rent of the entire booking before checking in. Ok we handled with that. Second, no room service from the hotel side. We told at the reception to clean the room but they don't bother at all. After that no water supplies. Washroom was so pathetic. Smells like hell before checking in. No proper dressing table not even a air freshner in that room. Why you losing your brand value OYO while collaborating with such low grade hotel/plaza. I will not recommend to anyone for stay.

Stayed for one day on 13 dec. Staff support was not appreciable enough. I had to ask for my breakfast thrice and then had to visit the reception to get it. But room was clean and bathroom was clean too. Also bed had too many pubic hairs from previous visitors, which means they didn't bother to dust off the bed. Please check it before you acquire the room.

If u are in ashiayana lda power house then this is a perfect place, nice hotel for staying in this location.. Comfortable stay with good amenities with nice location... budjet hotel nice to stay here at aashiyana . but need to make more maintanence tap was not working room was not clean.. rest service was good. Rooms are being renovated, connectivity is good..

Very very bad place, room was smelled like a public toilet, Room was not covered, Anyone from outside can see what you are doing inside, very dirty rooms, Achi was Not working, and towel, soap, body wash was not provided from staff, And the most important thing, The staff behavior was very bad, I recommend all of you my friend, please do not go this hotel. this hotel is worst in all over Lucknow.

THE HOTEL OWNER HAD DONE FRAUD. I HAD FULLY PAID THE AMOUNT VIA GOIBIBO BUT THEY HAD REFUSED TO GIVE THE ROOM AND CALLED 3-4 PEOPLE TO FIGHT. I had to finally canceled the booking.

Rooms are not as good as mentioned, (for room no. 302 only), AC was not working well, exhaust fan mounted on the blind wall without opening , house keeping was not good, cigarette wrappers hide below the double bed, no hot water, bucket and mug was so dirty , overall not good.

Very pathetic condition of hotel. Its in very bad shape and service. The staff available is any random person without any ID. They wont have power backup and rooms are so poor that no one would like to stay with them if once visited.

very rude behaviour with customer.. No rules and regulations on booking as per online booking... Prices are too high like a deluxe hotel but cleanliness, and other arrangements are all worst
