More than a hotel, it is a scam. The place is a nightmare. First, they pretended i had no reservations and didn't accept to let me in until i insisted for a while. Then they charged me 500 rup for early check in. The room was more than dirty. The blanket was so dirty it had lost its color. Sheets were stained too. Bathroom was dirty and they gave us just one old towel for both. It is located downtown but in a Deadend street with public mingitories an the entrance, just filthy. Had booked 4 days and it was so bad i had to flee after one night. Awful place.
Good location but room and staff not good
The room is fine and Aircon, WiFi works well. Only criticism is with paid booking they wouldn't accept it unless I paid rs 300 extra also hot water didn't work. Overall just really annoyed at being charged extra because I had already paid.
Room was nice and decent, but AC was not working properly
2/5 for their cleanliness. The basin tap was leaking. Its chilling in Delhi but they provide thin blankets which is of no use. No heater or anything provided. The room price was low. The staff was friendly. But the room condition is not good. If u r there for a very short period stay like some hours, then it is fine. But a straight no if you want to stay for a few days.
Don't be fooled by the pictures online. Rooms are dirty, smelly, Bedsheet and pillows with stains. Also smelly bathroom with no ventilation. Only working thing was AC and manager was a bit nice. On OYO Room website they have all fake review with 5 stars. be aware, this hotel is more of a cheap lodge and the rooms do not even worth 500 rs.
First of all, I have booked an AC room in which OYO also mentioned AC. However, the hotel authorities mentioned that AC will not be provided as I have paid less money to OYO. I have used my coupons and promo codes and paid money as well uh. Is OYO making fool of me or the hotel authorities? Apart from this issue, first room they provided in which the toilet flushes were not working. After frequent visit to the front desk, they have provided another just used and vacated room which was as much as dirty like an Indian Railway Toilet. They refused to change again. I was using the fan only despite paid for AC. Even that they disconnected the power around 4am morning and went down to desk to restore. They simply said Mistakenly switched off. The towel they provided was looks like the towel is being used since the Mughals period. Rude attitude. With all these nonsense, while I was checking out, they are snatching my mobile to give 5star rating without even asking me. The worst day ever had in Delhi.
Room was very small not as shown in their OYO app. Bedsheet was smelly and dirty. Was at worst location. I paid INR 1039 for all these bad facilities. Do not go over review and rating over OYO, everything is fake there and pictures are clicked in a way so that rooms will look nice and bigger.
